This evening I went downtown to check-out the newly reopened Robson Square GE Ice Plaza!

It officially opened yesterday. The place looks great! But the ice is still shitty. What do you expect though for an outdoor rink in Vancouver? I laced-up and maybe skated for around... 20 minutes, then got off because it was just too fucken crowded.

Fatty and Lila eventually joined me, but never got a chance to skate tonight because they didn't have any rental skates in Fatty's size left. Maybe next time.

I finished-off our evening with the movie, "New Moon". I actually found it quite entertaining! One of the best romantic comedies I've seen this fall! With Taylor Lautner's juice monkey body and Robert Pattinson's mastery of his constipated look, I just couldn't stop laughing. Big thanks to Popa Fatt for taking me to this flick!!!

Sushi with Phoenix

Phoenix came by the apartment after he got wrapped. He picked-up a couple of movies from me, so he took me out for dinner! We ate at Ogenki Sushi. Good food here! Thanks Phoenix!!!

Insert some ethnicity into this group. LOL! What else, but Steak & Prawns at the Loose Moose? I walked over to the Popa Fatt residence after dinner. I just love their bed!

A Full Saturday

I met-up with Rich this afternoon to do a little shopping for a new pair of skates. This one was close to what I had in mind. It looks like I'm going to have to shop online because all the stores here have too much of a mark-up on their prices! After our little quest, Rich and I grabbed some lunch at the Eatery. A yumma, yumma... LOL! That's the movie, "Akira" playing on my face. Later in the evening, I went to karaoke at the Beatty Street Bar and Grill with Ryan. After we sang our songs, Ryan and I took-off to meet-up with Dave and the rest at Doolin's. I eventually finished the night with Fatty at the Roxy.

I Finally Bagged One!

Fuck yeah!!! I finally bagged one after playing 4 games. Thanks to Ian, who fed me a pass in the slot which I was able to one-time pass the goalie! I feel much better now. Here's Rich on the bench. Nick getting into the picture... I have to look for a new pair of skates tomorrow. My current ones are falling apart now. :(

Back to the Office

On my (Keystone Extras) way to the studios from the Royal Oak Skytrain Station this morning... Here's Phoenix (Keystone Extras). We both enjoyed a Breakfast Sandwich this morning! "2012" & $6.99

The weather sucked today, so it was a perfect time to watch a matinee with Derek and Elizabeth. As Derek pointed-out, I underlined the title quite well. I found the movie pretty funny. They should have called it "One Step Ahead of the Crack". I parted with Elizabeth and Derek, then made my way over to the Loose Moose to meet-up with Dave, Andrea, Mark, and Brandon. We got our usual Steak & Prawns for $6.99, except for Mark. He doesn't eat beef.
