Look! Up in the Sky!

Hey, it's my old acting classmates, Peter (Showbiz Management) and Todd (Keystone Extras)! I (Keystone Extras) got to work with Kathryn (Showbiz Management) again! It's been awhile. Victoria (Showbiz Management) eating a banana... Bobbi (Showbiz Management) and I (Keystone Extras) posing for Todd... Peter (Showbiz Management) and Marisol (Showbiz Management) with the rest of the Daily Planet's Atmosphere A, B, C, and D... While in holding, Herb (Showbiz Management) had time to read "Creative Screenwriting". Only Lauren (Local Color) can make eating a pretzel look sexy! Wow!!! Our lunch was awesome today! Gone Curling!

Before going curling, I met-up with Niki this afternoon at Surrey's Central City to buy some Cream Puffs from Beard Papa's. Then we had some dinner at Olive Garden! We were so full that we weren't able to eat the Cream Puffs yet. We finally arrived at the Langley Curling Club! They're holding an open house for beginner curlers! They thought the Olympics would bring interest to the sport and they were right! Here we are receiving orientation. On the ice now, learning how to sweep... LOL! Niki throws her first rock... I was teacher's pet! ;) It was a little tricky at first, but I got the hang of it. There's the other group learning the ropes. The rocks... PBO throwing... She fell on her ass after letting go! LOL! We were all having fun learning the sport! "Go Niki, Go!" The staff here were so awesome! And friendly too. Niki throws another... Time for me to sweep! LOL! It was tiring! "Let's do it again!" I got some help this time. "Hurry! Hurry Hard!" Man with Broom... Tomorrow is the last day of their open house. The ice is getting melted at the beginning of next month. I'd come again, but I have to work. :( A couple of shots from above... You can't go wrong with free lessons. Our experience gave me a new found respect for this winter sport and its players. They've got skills! After our session, we finally got a chance to gorge on our dessert! Gratitude towards the instructors and to Niki for a fun day!!!

From the Cooler to the Beat

I (Keystone Extras) was back on this TV series, but this time I was all alone today. I was hired to portray a Morgue Assistant again. Life is different in the trailer. Lunch is good on this set! After they finished filming the scene I (Keystone Extras) was in, they dressed me up as a Police Officer just in case. This was a total first for me! Usually, it's my friends with DC5 that get to wear these outfits. I never even got used though. To say I was having fun with this, would be an understatement. "I'm a cop, you idiot!"
