After yoga, I met-up with Brian, Charlene, and Megan at Stanley Park!

And Gus too!

 Now that's a high-ten!  ;-)

He's such a momma's boy.  :-)

We went over to Legendary Noodle for dinner.

We had fresh noodles made by this woman.

 It was cool watching her do it.

I ordered some Thick Noodles with Creamy Peanut Sauce.  I couldn't believe how good it was!  I shall return.  ;-)

Havana Nights at NASH

Kelsey invited me out for a workout at the Yaletown Express Sports Club this afternoon!

She put me through a series of exercises which I could easily incorporate in future workouts.  ;-)

It was a good full-body workout!

Free Suits!!!

It's hard to believe, but all these new suits behind me are free and up for grabs!  They're not cheap either.  They normally retail for $400 to $500 CAD each!

Since it was Rafael's birthday last week, I promised to take him here today.  I picked-up 4 suits, a dress-shirt, and 2 neckties all for free!  I don't even remember how many suits Rafael got.  LOL!

Dinner avec Daniella

I ran into Daniella at the gym today, so I took her out for dinner at Tsuki Sushi again!  We both ordered the Tekka Salmon Donburi.  Excellent food here and pretty too!  :-)

Hike & Brunch

After only 4 hours of sleep last night, I was out hiking the BCMC Trail this morning with Romney!

I usually hate hiking this mountain, but I haven't seen Romney in almost 2 months!

You still have to stretch after a leisurely hike.  ;-)
