Nakul, Lila, Roberta, and Toby... We were in
North Vancouver this afternoon to participate in a free yoga session conducted by Lila! She's been studying to become a yoga instructor, so she needed some people to take part and review her class. I'm going to her next one, so if you're not busy, you should come!

Laguna Blu to check out Gogan's new karaoke night!
It's his second week at this venue, so not too many people know about it.
