Volleyball Night

It was Volleyball Sunday at the Killarney Community Centre again. Look at the construction site for the new ice rink! Basically, the centre's been cut in half.The boys setting-up the net... All done and ready to go... A few warm-ups first... Game on!

Happy Birthday Donny!!!

A bunch of us went down to the Shark Club in Burnaby to celebrate Donny's birthday. That's him in the middle.Here are the rest of the photos I took from the evening. I drank this. And ate their Steak Sandwich. That's still the same glass of Guinness. LOL!!! I also had an Apple Crumble for dessert. Girls Going Wild!!! The girls that got the dancing going... "Do a little dance..."

XPOD Scavenger Hunt

We met-up with Kelly at Canada Place this afternoon to join her team for a scavenger hunt. A webisode program titled "XPOD" was organizing the event. They're somehow connected to the TV series, "jPod ". I took a photo of the camera girl filming us. Look, Gordon was working this event. A lone Canadian Goose wandering around Canada Place... Kelly talking to some goons... Some meet & greets in the beginning... Me... Posing with Priya, one of the characters on the show... A nice view of the ports... The box... It contained the map and riddles for our hunt. I just had to get one more shot of Priya before we took off. Sorry, I never got a chance to take photos during our hunt because we were in a rush, but here's some from our rendezvous, The Red Room. Sadly, our team was the second last to arrive. We all hated that "sundial" riddle because we spent so much time on it and we couldn't even solve the damn thing!!! Here's some of the organizers of the hunt. The camera people who followed each team around... A musical performance for our entertainment... A man portraying Douglas Coupland was carried to the stage by the goons. Gordon played one of the goons. They held a draw to give away a Nintendo Wii to one of the participating teams!This couple won with ticket #5. Congratulations!!!
