Chicken Little (Day 38)

Inside the PNE Forum...
My tools of the trade: MOMMIETRON's iPad and my Bean Boots.
Stand-in Steve got a chance to read a book.
Gotta have my greens!
I've been catching-up on "Sons of Anarchy" while in the trailer!
While shuttling to Crew Park after I (Showbiz Management) got wrapped, a Teamster riding in the same van said, "You should give a lesson on how to leave your room in a honeywagon."

"What do you mean?" I asked.

He responded, "You always keep your room neat and tidy.  Others can learn from you."

I laughed.  :-)

Chicken Little (Day 37)

Back in the trenches...
Michelle gave me (Showbiz Management) the chapped lips again.
Today's lunch menu...
Cast and crew broken for lunch...
Our catering never disappoints.
It's good to work indoors.

The vehicles of our convoy...

My ex-girlfriend used to bug me, saying I (Showbiz Management) was working for chump change in this business.  The beauty of this job?  I'm now earning more than twice her wage, just by lying down.  ;-)

Sunset Burgers

Yeah, I don't think so.  I'm more like a... gynaecologist.  ;-)
Since I missed Fatty's birthday all together last week, I decided to take him to Sunset Burgers for lunch!
Fatty and the artwork that reminds me of the Duran Duran album cover (Rio)...
Now I know why the burgers here are so good, they're made out of Kobe beef!
A Rolo Shake for dessert...  This place is really good and worth a return visit!  :-)
After eating, Fatty and I watched "The Grey".  I didn't know it was filmed in Vancouver until I started to recognize a couple of my co-workers in it!  LOL!  A tip, don't leave the theatre until all the credits have rolled.  ;-)

Thanks for the movie Fatty!
Happy Belated Birthday!!!

Happy Birthday Todd!!!

Tara, Todd, Simon, Marie, and...
introducing Vaela!  It was my first time meeting Simon and Marie's little girl.  What a cutie!
A bunch of us were over to celebrate Todd getting older.
We got to try-out my new Balderdash game.
Drew got comfy on my feet.
Awww...
Break-out the cake!
And the kisses!
Happy Birthday my friend.

Thanks for having us over you guys!!!  :-)

Chicken Little (Day 36)

Woohoo!!!  To elaborate on last Tuesday's entry, my days on "Falling Skies" are coming to an end due to a successful little audition.  My background agent called me last week and asked me if I wanted to be submitted for the role of a Wounded Man.  I accepted and a couple of days later, he called me back to tell me that production had narrowed it down to two choices, Rob and me.  We were asked to meet the director at North Shore Studios the next day and that's when he picked me!  The opportunity was just too good to pass up, but it means my background continuity on this TV series is now over.
I started my first of six actor days with Blueberry Pancakes.
The circus...
Jessica was my neighbour in the trailer.
This one's for me.
Everything was all laid out for me in the trailer.
Michelle was in charge of making my (Showbiz Management) lips look like...
this!  Ewww!
Give us a kiss!  ;-)
My family in Extras Holding...
Fans from six different countries came down to visit the set today!

They also got a little meet & greet with the cast!
Man, I'm going to miss this food.
The Weavermobile...
Hey, the Medical Bus is wearing shades!  ;-)
