Winning! Daniella and I took a yoga class this afternoon and that's when she told me she found an employer to sponsor her to work in Canada! Yay, now she doesn't have to go back to Mexico. :-)
Back to work... So, this was the old way to squeeze oranges for their juice.
Thanks to a tip from one of the caterers, you can save half the time by cutting the fruit on its end. ;-)
