This morning on the way downtown, I spotted a press conference just outside of the
Oakridge - 41st Avenue Skytrain Station.
When I took a closer look, I realized it was
Jamie Graham (former Chief Constable of Vancouver, BC)! He was the one who awarded Fatty the
Certificate of Merit back in
2007.

Looks like he's the
Chief of the
Victoria Police Department now.
