Operation: EYE OF THE STORM (Day 3)

It was the morning after the night of debauchery at the Bight. Everything was pretty quite as the sun began to rise. There's Willy T's on the left with the Wildcat on the right. These boats were mostly participants in the regatta. I slept on the netting of our catamaran. Babe spotted on board a sailboat! Zooming in closer... The calm harbour... Fatty swabbing the deck... More ass on deck! We left the Bight and headed out to the Indians to do a little snorkeling. Fatty and Jason were some of the first to hit the water. The Indians are a bunch of rock formations just off of Norman Island. They're popular for scuba diving and snorkeling because of all the coral present. Lila getting ready to go in... The two captains enjoying a swim... Captain Fatty... Captain Serious... Nicholas even swam with the hat he received from Jeff and Alex for his birthday! LOL!!! Lila the frogwoman... Popa Fett on the hunt for her bounty... Lila with me in the background being a wuss wearing a life jacket as I snorkel... I quickly realized that I didn't need that life jacket after all. It's so easy to float in salt water. My mouth breathing pose... Lila out of the water... Captain Serious trying to keep his compact dry from all the splashing around him... It's time for a shave. I'm doing the butterfly stroke! Flash hangin'... Unfortunately, our trip was not without incident. As Josh freedove to retrieve a spear which fell to the ocean floor, he miscalculated on his third attempt and ran out of air before he could re-surface. He eventually blacked out and was found floating on the surface with his head down by Jason. Jason realized the severity of the situation, so he and Jonas dove into the water to retrieve him. Along with the help of Nicholas, Jeff, Andy, and Alex, they were able to fight the current and get him onboard the Wildcat. Alex and Jeff quickly performed CPR on Josh and were successful in reviving him! Jeff just went to town on Josh's chest, but poor Fatty, he was a trooper, he had to endure all the vomit coming from Josh as he blew into his mouth. Fatty actually sucked out Josh's puke into his own mouth in order to clear Josh's throat and he continued to do so to maintain the unobstruction! We were also lucky to have a pair of nurses and a doctor to come and assist us from neighbouring vessels as we waited for the paramedics to arrive. One gentlemen totally rocked on the Wildcat's radio as he communicated with the Coast Guard. It was so awesome to have all these people help out to save our friend's life!!! And where was I during most of this? I was doing a "number 2" in our ship's head. I remember hearing some kind of commotion coming from the porthole, but I never imagined the sight I saw when I came out on deck. Thank God for the quick actions of my friends. They were all key into Josh's rescue. The paramedics quickly brought Josh, Carla, and Jason on to their boat and sped off to the hospital on Tortola. Nicholas and his crew of the Wildcat followed them shortly. Still clearly shakened, the rest of us on the Offshore Haven continued towards Peter Island. The Indians are on the right of that island. The weather here was awesome. Andy hangin' loose... Fatty looking sexy by mouth breathing... We dropped anchor at Deadman's Bay. The Peter Island Resort... Enjoying the sun... My impression of Usain Bolt... We eventually made our way to Deadman's Beach. Fattio and the romance novel cover... I spotted an iguana! Jeff did a little scuba diving at this beach. This couple totally snaked our spot. Yay!!! The Wildcat and her crew eventually joined us. We were so happy to see them! Tamara enjoying a cup of coffee... Jonas and the rest of the boys chillin'... A villa on top of the hill... Sleeping time... I was tired. This was funny. Everyone wanted to try their hand at fishing because we could all see the fish in the water using our flashlights. We all cut a piece of line from Andrew's reel and had a go at it. And who should catch the first fish? Nicholas, the last guy to join us. He caught one and it fell on to the boat's netting. We were all scrambling to get a hold of it when I suggested that someone whack it with the empty Red Stripe Beer bottle. After it got hit, Andrew held it up, inspected it, and then threw the fish back into the water. We were all speechless, but Andrew explained to us that it was too small. LOL!!! Jonas and Gavin on the beach at night, heading towards the Peter Island Resort... Lila and a tree... Mike and Lila... Nicholas... His babe, Tamara holding up a "bushwacker"... Thumbs up!!! Lila and Fatty... The Wildcat's hottie, Tamara... Team Flex... Gavin and Bryan... Fatty breaking out the cigars... Thanks to Fatty and Jason, I learned how to smoke one tonight! This is my new look. LOL!!! Big thanks to the heroes of the day!!!
