Todd and I took the transit today, all the way to White Rock to attend the
Western Open Martial Arts Championship to watch Thomas' kickboxing match. It was held at
Earl Marriott Secondary School, but when we
arrived, we were disappointed to find out that his fight had already taken place (Observe the look on Todd's face as he spoke to Thomas on the phone). The organizers had Thomas fight early because there was no one else in his
weightclass, so he ended up fighting someone from his own gym. Anyways, he came out with a victory and won
Gold! While we were there we watched
Anthony Moyer fight. I haven't seen this stuntman since
"Kyle XY", but apparently
he's been keeping busy with other bookings. Sadly, he lost his match today, but at least he was still in good spirits.
