Weekend at Osoyoos (Day 1)

It's time to play "Face the Wind" with Baby Chewy!!!He's such a little bad boy. We were on our way to Osoyoos to meet-up with the rest of our group. On the way there, we stopped by Cowboy Coffee in Princeton.When I walked inside, I was curious about the drums. I asked the woman at the counter, "What's up with the drums?" She replied, "They belong to Barbara, the owner of this cafe." This is Barbara! Here she is working the kitchen. She's so cute.Apparently, she has jam sessions here on certain evenings. Veronique and Chewy chillin' on the patio... This place had the best Chocolate Croissant I've ever tasted! Entering Osoyoos!!! It's time for "Face the Wind" again. LOL!!! We finally arrived! Our campsite was located at Haynes Point Provincial Park. We were the last to arrive. Everyone else got here the night before. Nicholas and the ducks... Duff and Ange... Chewy got all wet after chasing the ducks away. But they kept coming back because we were feeding them. "I need a hero!" Carla, Josh, Tamara, Nicholas, Matt, and Angie... First duty of survival: Set-up shelter. The "before shot" of our tent... Tamara and Nicholas' boat, Nikita... They're planning on selling it, which was one of the reasons for this trip. They thought we should all enjoy it one last time. The "after shot" of our tent... Duff, Veronique, Fatty, Chewy, and I went into town to check things out. It was fucken hot here!!! Chewy greeting some other tourists... Chewy's paws were feeling the heat from walking on the sidewalk, so he would take a reprieve by hiding in the shade. We grabbed a bite at the Wildfire Grill because they had a patio for Chewy. Check out the dishes at this place! We were so full after enjoying our food. Baby Chewy and his mommie... Duff standing in front of the Wildfire Grill... Fatty... After a little grocery shopping, Chewy appreciated the bags of ice I bought. Andrew, Gavin, Fatty, and Veronique... I gotta get rid of that belly. The Party Beach... Josh... Duff... Carla and Josh... This is where all the boats congregate and the people party. Gavin... Andrew... It's so awesome here! All of us enjoying the shade... All the hotties danced as the boats blasted their music! "On a hot summer's day, Veronique likes to enjoy a cold one." Nick Serious... My favourite on the beach that day... Using Gavin as a decoy... Dance Hotties, Dance!!! "Hello... What do we have here?" It was a little Chihuahua by the name of Roxy! She just loved Chewy. "Mmmmm... Your ass smells good, Chewy!" said Roxy. Some hotties now... A group on horseback came by the beach for a visit. Hotties and Horses... Another hottie checking out the horses... The woman on the horse would eventually get bucked off later in the day, but she was okay. Angie poses with one of the horsies... "Bye, Roxy." It was time to go. Babes on Waves... We ran into some engine trouble. It wouldn't start! While the engine was being attended to, I took more shots of the various hotties. Thanks to Cheyenne (on the right), we were able to get the boat running again. It turned out he was from Langley! Farewell to the Party Beach and all its babes... "Duff will SMASH!!!" This is Carla's new fashion statement. LOL!!! After we dropped half of our group off, the rest of us headed off to another campsite to visit Gavin's sister and her friends. We have arrived... There was a bunch of them and they were all staying for 2 weeks here! Danielle, Gavin's sister... We sped off to the middle of the lake... And Danielle's crew met-up with us. We tied our boats together and partied for a bit. Fatty and Duff enjoying the sun... "I'm a cowboy..." Posing with Danielle's friend, Lindsey... Brother and sister, Gavin and Danielle...
