Iron Road (Day 9)

The set moved to a different location today to film the Chinese workers' camp. The only downside, there were so many cow patties on the field. I avoided them like landmines! Darren and Barb provided us with crafties... Kamloops local, Bill Lee is a self-taught artist. Click here to check out his website. Here's Bob... Jeffery checks out a tree... Background Holding... Group shot... The big group shot. A bittersweet moment because half of these guys are going back to Vancouver tomorrow. They won't be able to join us in Kelowna.Casandra, me, and Janet... Bob, Julia, Patrick, and Jason... My turn... Our holding tent... Posing with Rossella... (Glen and Jeff in the back) Now with Kim... (Glen in the back again) Courtenay was a new wrangler addition. Shelley got a cow's skull from the field. She kept it under her table until our day ended. Jeffery and others chillin' in the field... Posing with Blair... Bob takes a shot with our driver... Tony Leung came out to take photos with us... What a nice guy!!! We finished a 13 hour day, but we still had a lot of time to have fun in the evening. The Kamloops Blazers jersey took on a whole new meaning with Jeffery. The other Jeffery... John, Jeff, and I took advantage of "Pasta Tuesday" at Boston Pizza. A bunch of us walked over to the Executive Billiards Club after dinner. Our main objective, to sing karaoke... Our night was over, so we walked back to the dorm.
