I got my number for the 2010 Sun Run! After helping Rich pick-up some bike tires at MEC, we drove over to Concord Place to get my race kit. I'm all pumped for the run now!
When we got to Rich's place, I replaced his bike's off-road tires with the new road tires he bought. Looking good!
As I laboured, Rich grilled a couple of Rib Eye Steaks for us!
They were so good! He soaked them in some marinade that consisted of Jack Daniels and other secret ingredients.
