What Happens in Vegas... (Day 2)

"Rise and shine boys and girls!" Jeff was up to his old tricks again. We drove over to Boulder City to do some mountain biking! Kitura lent Fatty this outfit. Here's Wes, Denny, and Jeff signing-in. Fav needed to get a shot with Fatty in his new look. Some stretching here before we hit Bootleg Canyon... We did a lot of uphill cycling through various trails to get to this vantage point. There's Las Vegas. Kitura and Denny took another rocky path while Fatty, Fav, and I chose a more smoother path to another peak. We waited for the others to join us. We were wondering what was taking so long, but then we realized Kitura was having a problem with his bike. We took some time to admire the view from here. Begin the gun show. I brought my helmet and gloves with me on this trip. I wish I had MOMO for these shots. Fav and his ride... The barbarian with his... Reunited, but Kitura suffered a broken chain. Denny was kind enough to switch bikes with him, so Jeff could continue on. "We could ride up there, but bikes aren't allowed." We decided to go anyways. Kitura took some time to ponder about things. From this peak, we could see Lake Mead! Rad!!! S.O.S. "Shirts Off Suckers!!!" Bugs Bunny... I can't honestly say I've never done this type of riding. It's pretty challenging. "I'm gonna chuck this bike into the lake!" "DRAGO!!!" Time for our descent... A few more shots of our surroundings before we leave... Lake Mead is where Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee shot their home video. A graph... Holy shit!

It's Wesley on top of a boulder! After Denny switched bikes with Jeff, he rode back to the store and they shuttled him back to our hill. Here he is going over a little bridge. Jeff's turn... Finally, me... Fatty discovered this ramp and thought about riding off of it. And here he goes! Fuck yeah!!! We're back! Great idea Kitura!!! Wesley switched-up his ride at the All Mountain Cyclery. Now, this was too good to pass-up. I just had to get something cold from here. On our way to Lake Mead... "Mine, mine, mine?" Nice beach, but there were just too many fucking rocks! Fatty took the first dip. We chilled here for a bit then made our way to Hoover Dam!

It's cool to finally see this in person after watching it in so many films! Notice the former waterline. The dam... Denny was taking photos too. Whoa, PBO! I think they're making electricity here. The PBO again. The bridge and the Colorado River... The dam lies right on the border of Nevada and Arizona. Whoa!!! Nevada Time... This bridge is colossal! It's amazing what the engineers can build. Energon!!! When we got back, some of us had the buffet at the Mirage. Nice! I got a chance to take a few shots of our hotel room at the Venetian. The bathroom is huge. This is where Lila gets ready. This is where we drop the kids. 700 square feet... The size of their rooms at this hotel was a definite selling point for me. 2 televisions! The sofa turns into a bed as well. This is my command centre. 2 queens... Here's the Queen! We love our room, but someone lurks in the shadows.
