Riding to Go Fish

There's MOMO with Christian's bike. We met-up and rode over to Go Fish this afternoon! This place is always busy during lunch and at dinner. My friend, Alesha says you can tell the difference between an Aussie and a Kiwi by getting them to say, "fish and chips". Apparently, Australians say it like us with their accent, but New Zealanders pronounce it, "fosh on chops". LOL! After a spin around Stanley Park, we rested at English Bay. Everyone was out enjoying the sun today! MOMO at Cooper's Park... After our ride, we ended-up at MEC to do a little shopping.

Andrew's in Town! (Day 2)

Andrew was on the receiving end this morning! "I've... seen things, you people wouldn't believe..." "Andrew you lick the world and Jessica, try to kiss it." I took them for their first look at the Olympic Cauldron. And now, from another vantage point. Andrew wasn't too impressed with our landmark. He says he's going to build a better one that will make our city angry. Seaplane coming in! "Okay, pose over here now." Scratch and sniff... Jessica and the little water park... "Woman, we shall frolic amongst the flowers!" Who needs a hotel? (Insert the sound of unzipping.) Walking around Stanley Park... In front of the Vancouver Aquarium... As Jessica attended her spa conference, Andrew and I went over to Erin and Christian's place for a barbecue! Andrew got acquainted with Sky, one of their rats. Erin... Christian cooking our meat... Calvin and Andrew smoking outside... The rats' asses and my face... Sky and Jasmine are cool! A Blackberry... "Beijinhos!" Bruna... "The steaks are done!" Andrew bought me a Ribeye! He got one too! And Erin baked Brownies for dessert! Gratitude towards Erin and Christian for having us over!!!

Andrew's in Town! (Day 1)

Thanks to Tina, I made $40 in 10 minutes taste-testing cola at the Consumer Research Centre this afternoon! Cherry blossoms were pretty down this street. I walked downtown and met-up with Andrew and Jessica for a moment before running Stanley Park. They're in town because Jessica is attending a spa conference this weekend. Todd and I had a good laugh at this sign when we arrived at the park. Todd and his package... We finished our run under an hour. It was all too easy for Todd though. He too is doing the Sun Run this year! Round 3 completed! It actually felt easier this time. Oh boy, we were going to have fun with this! "He who controls the Spice, controls the..." Todd is Atlas? Who's that hiding in a dark corner? In the evening, I met-up with Andrew and Jessica at Beyond. Jessica in the Transporter Room... Shortly after, Erin and Christian joined us here for dinner and to watch the Canucks lose in overtime. Christian ordered the Beef Short Rib. Erin had the Calamari. I ate their Striploin because I was craving a fucken steak! It also came with Scalloped Potatoes. The kids got a photo with the little inukshuk outside the hotel. Then we stopped by a Cafe Crepe for an after dinner snack. The Calgarians... A couple more shots on Granville Street... Staring at the Bay with Christian's pants around his ankles... The lighting of this building is great! Andrew decided to screw the T-1000 sculpture!
