Sweet Carrie's Has Shutdown!?! :-(

Gus came along to run a few errands with me today.  This sidewalk sure looks different compared...

to how it looked back in March!

I asked Megan what kind of plant this was, but she didn't know.  Hehe...

Now this was a shocker!  Sweet Carrie's Dessert Shop inside the Lonsdale Quay Market has shutdown!?!   Seriously, I couldn't believe my eyes when I walked in and saw the empty shelves.  I've been coming to this place for their Pavlova since 1994!  Where am I going to get it now?!?  :-(

And of course as I walked out of the market, a crow took a shit on me!  So, I went back in and bought a lottery ticket.  ;-)

Anton's for Lunch/Deumas for Dinner

Look who's back in town!

I met-up with Shayna for lunch at Anton's Pasta Bar because she was "Starving!"  ;-)

The lunch portions are just about half of what you would normally get if you ordered dinner.

It was easy to clean-up.  :-)

Customers bringing home leftovers is a trademark of this restaurant.  LOL!

Shayna spotted something,

so she went for a squeeze!  Haha!

In the evening, I drove down to Boris and Hilda's place for dinner.  The Sanchez family are in town from Calgary, so I had to come over!

Look what Theresa bought!

It's a huge Pavlova cake from Sweet Carries!  We love this dessert so much that most of us had two slices!  Haha!

Someone was really excited to work tomorrow, so I picked him up from Megan's place and brought him over to mine!  :-)

Walking Lynn Canyon Park

I'm going to miss the Orange One waking me in the morning because this is my last day housesitting.

Since I had a day-off, I picked-up Gus for a walk in Lynn Canyon Park!

It was raining at first,

but it subsided!

He's so cute!

Sometimes when Gus sniffs around for a place to piss, he'll accidentally step on a turd.  :-(

This is why I love how intrepid he is in the water, he can clean the shit off his paws.  Hehe...

He's going to be so happy tomorrow because his mom comes back from vacation.

I dropped Gus back at his grandparents and I eventually had something to eat at JJ Bean!

And since I was in North Vancouver, I picked-up some Pavlova for the dynamic duo of Jen and Derek at JR Talent!

On Location at Lonsdale Quay

I (JR Talent) worked on the North Shore today.

Had we wrapped early enough, these two desserts would have ended-up on the desks of you know who.  ;-)

It was a beautiful day for lunch outdoors!

Angela (Hollywood North Extras) and I were so hungry after our long day on set, we decided to have a late dinner at Stepho's!  :-)

I finally tried-out Paulie's Kitchen tonight after helping Niko move his mattresses.

He treated me to dinner as a token of thanks!

Their Veal Milanese was really good!

For dessert, Niko had their Tiramisu and I had a couple of Cannolis.  They've got a great place here!  :-)

I also picked-up a special package for my trip to Calgary tomorrow.  ;-)

Whoa!  Tiffani and the front counter peeps got a nice Christmas gift from a gym member.  It was addressed to the Nash Babes!  ;-)

Shayna sent me a photo of Coco today, voted the cutest dog of Fort Nelson!

After yoga, Elizabeth picked me up and we went for lunch at C-Lovers!

Since we were in North Vancouver, we dropped by Sweet Carrie's Dessert Shop for some Pavlova.  And look, Romney had the same idea today!  To say I was excited to see her would be an understatement.  What a treat!  :-)
