Brilliant! 2014: Wrap Party

We enjoyed some brunch at Joe's Grill.

After spending some time at the dog park, I walked over to The Junction...

for the Brilliant! wrap party!

Dean Thullner was pleased to present the footage of our event.

President and CEO of the St. Paul's Hospital Foundation, Dick Vollet was here in attendance too!

I met Lila's friend, Camille for the first time!  She was one of our terrific dancers that night.

I got sandwiched by Angela and Stevi.  LOL!

What a lovely day!

iPhone Camera's Self-Timer

I finally updated my iPhone 5S to iOS 8 last night and realized it now has a self-timer for its camera!

Of course, Gus and I decided to test it out.  ;-)

It works like a charm!

And look, I tried my first PappaRoti with the Popa Fatt.  Apparently, it's "the original coffee bun".  I must say, it was quite delicious!  :-)

They're the work of Brazilian artists OSGEMEOS.  It's part of the 2014-2016 Vancouver Biennale artistic exhibition!

When we reached Bella Gelateria, I bought some Sorbetto for us, but Gus didn't like it.  LOL!

When we got to Megan's, Gus and I met Marina who's visiting from Zurich, Switzerland!  He liked her right away.  Hehe...

And look, I got some Goat Cheese from the Popa Fatt.  They bought it from Henri Willig when they toured Amsterdam this month!

while the Popa Fatt took a break from their packing to enjoy some steak!

In the evening, I bussed over to Yagger's to celebrate Tom's birthday!

Most of the Cancun Crew were here to celebrate his day!

And so were the 'rents (of course)!

From Lynn Canyon to Deep Cove

I brought the MOMMIETRON to Lynn Valley, so she could see the Kobitzsch's lovely garden.

Plus, we wanted to pick-up a little furry guy for a hike.  ;-)

I don't think the MOMMIETRON knew what she was getting herself into today.  Hehe...

After short walk, we arrived at the Lynn Canyon Park.

It was so busy today, there was a line-up for the suspension bridge!

because it's clear and I can watch him paddle!  It's fucken cute!

Eventually, Megan and Alex tagged-in and they took Gus off our hands and up the trail.

So back we went on the bridge.

I was invited by a lioness to play chess, but I got CB'd by the MOMMIETRON.  :-(

Since the Popa Fatt was hiking-up to Quarry Rock,

we chilled-out on a bench in the shade.

When they were done,

Fatty went for a swim.
