I was up early this morning to attend Tedi Martin's class at Semperviva Yoga.

Look familiar?  I was so hungry after yoga, I had to drop by Sophie's Cosmic Cafe for something to eat!

I ordered the Sante Fe Benny with an Irish Cream Milkshake.  Man, I've missed this place!

Before going home, I picked-up a few Carbon Headset Spacers from Dizzy Cycles.

Oh, Boobie... That's exactly how I felt this afternoon. While hangin' with Kelvin, I got a chance to test out a Plasmabed. They sure are comfortable, but how are they for hanky panky? ;-) We grabbed some grub at Sophie's Cosmic Cafe. I haven't been here in awhile, but the food's still great! Gratitude Kelvin!!! After our meal, we walked down to Kitsilano Beach to check out some PBOs. And then the Deumas came to join us! We went to the Local Public Eatery for some more food. I got some Yam Fries. "Where's Angela?" asked Carina. My thoughts exactly, Boris. ;-)
