Afghan Knights

I finally snatched a clip from this "made for DVD" movie, but it's in French and the audio is a little off.  Jacob and I worked on it as background performers more than 2 years ago!  And, the Russian soldier that puts a gun to my head at the end of the clip is former NHLer, Sasha Lakovic!

Looking Up to the Sky

The streets were still empty as I waited for my bus this morning. This is the calmest I've ever seen Gastown be. I finally arrived at the circus to see Brad (Local Color). He was wearing the toque I bought for him from my trip to the Philippines! Fireman Todd (Keystone Extras) with Roberta (Keystone Extras)... That body is the result of P90X, baby! Engaged couple, Shane (Local Color) and Michelle (Showbiz Management) in the backseat of our picture taxi cab... Todd (Keystone Extras) getting in full gear... Julia (Local Color) and Kirin (Local Color)... My wingman from "Defying Gravity", Glen (Local Color)... Me (Keystone Extras) and Hugo (Showbiz Management)... This was the first time I worked with Claudia (Keystone Extras) this year! She just got back from her trip to Brazil. Larisa (Keystone Extras) made a little sandwich for herself. Monk Business (Day 1)

It was a good morning heading into Bridge Studios today. Jameel and I actually took the same bus there, but we didn't realize it until we got off of it. LOL!!!Look it's Lise from Wardrobe! She's so lovely. Daniel already suited up... Jameel eating his Breakfast Sandwich... Eating my Bacon & Cheese Quesadilla... Spud, he actually trains horses! Jacob signing-in... Another monk in his gear... Marina was our wrangler today. I thought my outfit looked like something from "Star Trek". Here's a few shots of Jameel all done up. He and I were supposed to be wearing the same thing, but they switched him up at the start of our day. The director, Terry Gilliam actually got Wardrobe to change my outfit while I was on set. Whattah!!!Inside our holding tent... Looking like an Egyptian... Daniel, Jacob, and Lama (a true monk) enjoying some warmth from the propane heater... What I had for lunch...
