Running with Lauren

Fresh from the Philippines, Lauren finally had a chance to run with the Gus Bus today!

She likes to go through the Pacific Spirit Regional Park...

and so does Gus!

After our little workout, we did a little shopping for plants...

and had something to eat.  :-)

Lauren's terrarium was looking pretty slick!

LOL!  I asked her to bring back some mangoes from her trip and she did!

Swim & Run

Gus came with me to another fitting this morning!

In the afternoon, the Megatron met-up with us at New Brighton Park for the exchange.  :-(

Then I went for a swim at the pool where I bumped into Rikki, Kit, and their little one!

After Lauren's quick nap, I went with her to the Pacific Spirit Regional Park for an evening run!

On the drive home, we noticed there wasn't a line-up at Toshi Sushi,

so we dropped-in for a quick bite.

Our favourite was their House Roll.  ;-)

No Rest For the Weekend (Saturday)

Yup, that's me volunteering with the pink apron this morning.

It was all for Jude's preschool's charity carnival!

They even had a fire truck here!

Here comes Jude!

He tried-out my kicking station.

Peter with a couple of cakes that his wife baked...  The school had a good turn-out today!

Rachael asked me to take part in this,

so obviously I was more than happy to oblige!  :-)

After the carnival, I drove down to the Roundhouse in Yaletown.

Ed had a stand at the Vancouver Comic Arts Festival!

After working-out, I finally dropped by BKH Jerky to try it out!  I came back for seconds within 15 minutes.  LOL!

In the evening, Gayle had a bunch of us over for some...

Star Trek Catan!

Lauren's party was still going on, so I dropped by after Gayle's game night!

I was quite happy they decided to pull an all-nighter.

Time to taste this Margarita.

The girls couldn't stay still for this one.  LOL!

Rachel and Lauren are flying to London soon!

Return to Sender (Day 2)

It was my second day back on this production, but this time Lauren (Local Color) was working!

Paul (Local Color) was back as well.  I think Lauren (Local Color) was trying to sell my clothes through a yard sale!  LOL!

I (Lucas Talent) went to the gym before work, so I deserved a rest.  Haha!

Later in the afternoon, Lauren (Local Color) and I drove to the second shoot location.

Were we in "Wayward Pines"?!?

Negative, Deer Lake Park.

Lauren (Local Color) was booked with her bike this time.

I (Lucas Talent) wasn't booked with Gus this time,

so I (Lucas Talent) took some time to contemplate.  :-(

Too bad because I wanted him to meet Lauren (Local Color).
