Diversity Showcase by the Stilettoettes

90 minutes at the gym?  I deserve an Affogato from Earnest Ice Cream!  ;-)
Parry Bobo thought she could hide from tonight,
but I spotted her taking a bite out of my Honey Cruller!
Athena joined us shortly after...
and we walked over to the L.E.D. Bar...
to watch a dance show.
The Stilettoettes were performing!
They wore so many different outfits...
and had a bunch of routines tonight!
It was an entertaining and fun night,
especially because we got to see Chantele dance!  :-)
"Awesome!  You want to go to Fritz?"  LOL!

Thanks for the invite Ann!!!  :-)

Dancing in the Streets & Wilco

We were down at Robson Street this afternoon. Approximately a thousand of us crowded the block between Thurlow and Bute! It was all to perform a flash dance mob which was organized by non-profit organization, Imagine 1 Day.

imagine1day's Official Dancing in the Streets flashmob | Vancouver Canada from Jered Love on Vimeo.

Here's the video! Tara, Michelle, Niki, and Anna... Posing with the girls... Well, I guess it wasn't really a flash mob since a lot of people knew something was up, but it was fun taking part in the dancing. What's Tara pointing at? "Tara, Amanda, and Todd..." Later in the day, Tara met-up with her cousin from Montreal. Kim and Tara... Upon recommendations from Ryan, we had some dinner at Mr. Sushi. We all ordered the same dinner box. LOL! Big thanks to Tara for taking care of our bill!!! After, I got a Maple-Dipped Donut across the street at Tim Hortons. It was time to watch Wilco perform at LiveCity Yaletown! Look who was working security here, Colin! Tara and Kim waiting in the rain... Chera and Kyle met-up with us in the line! Security was telling us we wouldn't be able to get in because the venue had already reached full capacity. But we stayed in line and we got in! Tara and Kim with Wilco on stage... A closer look... They have an impressive stage here. After 2 hours, the show was over, but that's when the fireworks started! I had so much fun today! Walking along Granville Street now... It was so fucken packed tonight! I bumped into Johnny and his fixie! You might recognize this guy and his bike if you watched Wayne Gretzky light the Olympic Cauldron on TV last Friday night. He rode alongside Gretzky's truck until it came to it's destination. LOL! I remember laughing when I saw him on the tube. I said, "Hey, that's Johnny!" Tara with the Lantern Trees... Tara's butt...
