Running the Wall

I got a call from Nicholas this afternoon that he wanted to run the Seawall. I was totally game for that! The weather was perfect for our run! Fatty and Lila came too. Out in the distance, we admired a sailboat and... this quote came to mind. ;-) While cutting through Stanley Park, I snapped a couple shots of the flowers in the garden. I never even knew this trail existed! Fatty brought us to a Bamboo grove! We were a little disappointed to find out that random people have cut a bunch of them down. :-( "Save them, Nicky!" More pretty flowers along the way! We dropped by Capers for a bite to eat. There was a cute Pug waiting outside! Roasted Chicken for dinner! Time to wake-up and do some yoga. RoofTop Yoga with Lila to be exact.

Kelvin in the Afternoon

Here's Kelvin in our failed attempt to get me a free workout at Gold's Gym. They wanted me to pay $12 for a trial, so I said, "Forget it," and took-off to run some errands. LOL! I eventually met-up with Kelvin for lunch at a Joey Restaurant. The Creamy Chicken Alfredo is really good here! While I was eating, RT sent this puzzle from the It's All Fun & Games store to my iPhone. And yes, I solved it after my meal! In the evening, I attended my third class with Rachel Martens at Yoga for the People! Just had to get my stretch on, while looking radiant. LOL!

Salsa and Agave

Kelvin and I were at Salsa and Agave for lunch today. I tried their Carne Asada Rolled Tacos this time. They were good! Looks like Kelvin's got a new case for his iPhone 4! It's the Element Case Vapor 4.

Shopping, Dining, and Singing

Early this afternoon, I did a little shopping with the MOMMIETRON. Her fuschia hat came with us to Metropolis. LOL! I guess you can call it a cheat day as well. She wanted to use the McDonald's coupons before they expired. LOL! Now, this is how you buy Olympic merchandise, a year after the event. LOL! I got this hockey jersey from SportChek for only $55.99! I also picked-up this pair of Rocketfish HD Stereo Bluetooth Headphones from Best Buy! It too was only $55.99! They work awesome with my iPhone 4! Gratitude to Craig for introducing this device to me!!! On my way to karaoke this evening, I spotted the perfect riding jacket for Fatty. ;-) The Karaoke Army at Joe's Apartment... Pale was here too with Kat! Niki's friends, Kerri and Kailey showed-up a little later in the evening to join us in some singing. The club was pretty busy tonight because of the karaoke contest!

I Finally Got One!!!!

I went over to the Apple Store, Oakridge Centre this morning and lined-up for 5 minutes! Lose a girlfriend, gain a new iPhone! Sounds like a fair trade to me. LOL! It's the iPhone 4 to be exact! So far, so good and it doesn't seem to get jealous of the people I talk to. ;-) Later in the evening, Boris and I drove over to the Mountain Shadow Inn. That's Boris! And who should walk in as our Wings arrived, Rich! It's as if he timed it just right?!? The Hot Wings are sold at $0.25 each! Just one of Pauline and Rich's discoveries. Pauline and her sister eventually joined us. Posing with Colleen, the sister... After watching the hockey game, we took part in Quiz Night. It was pretty fun! A lot of people using their smartphones to cheat though. LOL! At one point in the evening, I had to perform a tie-breaker for our team. I was unsuccessful. :-( One of our rounds consisted of identifying these celebrity mugshots. LOL! I'd come back here to do it all again for sure! Gratitude to Pauline and Rich for inviting us!!! And big thanks to Boris for driving!!!
