Eye, Spin, Yoga, and Sand

The day had finally come for the MOMMIETRON's first cataract surgery.  And look, Ann's boyfriend Riley was assisting her eye doctor Kevin Wade!

They took really good care of her and she was done in an hour!  :-)

In the late afternoon, Sarah and I took Kelsey's cycle class at the Steve Nash Sports Club.

Next was Lila's Rooftop Yoga!

The timing couldn't be more perfect for a Yin session.

After all the stretching, we walked down to the beach...

Running the Wall

I got a call from Nicholas this afternoon that he wanted to run the Seawall. I was totally game for that! The weather was perfect for our run! Fatty and Lila came too. Out in the distance, we admired a sailboat and... this quote came to mind. ;-) While cutting through Stanley Park, I snapped a couple shots of the flowers in the garden. I never even knew this trail existed! Fatty brought us to a Bamboo grove! We were a little disappointed to find out that random people have cut a bunch of them down. :-( "Save them, Nicky!" More pretty flowers along the way! We dropped by Capers for a bite to eat. There was a cute Pug waiting outside! Roasted Chicken for dinner! Time to wake-up and do some yoga. RoofTop Yoga with Lila to be exact.

Gratitude to Popa Fett for the session!!! Time to go home.

Lunch, Yoga, and a Flick

Thanks to Rich, I was able to get rid of my old computer at a recycle depot and make my lunch date with Jude and his mom! This boy is getting bigger! And he loves having his photo taken. :-) Thanks for chillin', RT!!! A little later, Fatty and I worked-out and after, I walked him over to the Roxy. The rain makes the city lights look more impressive! Time for some Yin Yoga with Mark Laham at Rooftop Yoga! Practicing yoga with this scenery is just incredible!

Thank you, Mark!!! After our session, I watched "Unknown" with Lila and Misha. When it was over, I realized I've seen it before, but it was called "Total Recall" back then. LOL!

A Monday Off

Since I had a day-off, I thought I'd go to Lonsdale Quay to pick something up. No, I didn't get this octopus! :-) I'd been meaning to do this for awhile, but didn't have the opportunity until now. I finally went down to JR Talent Inc. to pay a visit to my old background agents, Derek and Jennifer! Too bad the latter was out of the office, she was walking Brando. I really do miss them. They're not just agents, they're friends! Back at AGF Headquarters, Angela realized the true way of wearing the necklace that her mother gave her. LOL!

Later in the evening, we walked-up to Rooftop Yoga to take part in a little photo shoot for Popa Fatt. Everyone's so excited about this new studio!

It's an awesome place to take a babe as well! ;-)
