Metropolis for the Day

The MOMMIETRON and I were up to the usual at the mall, but then she engaged her cloaking device!
Not to worry, one of her church friends found her!  Haha!
We usually head home, but this time we decided to watch Elizabeth on the big screen!?!  ;-)

Gus for the Whole Day!

This morning I drove over to Megan's place, picked-up Gus, and brought him over to my place!
The MOMMIETRON didn't mind.
"Uh oh Mom, he wants your Pandesal."  Haha!
We fed him the treats I got from Jennifer instead.  ;-)
He was happy...
and fell asleep.
Awww, so tired.
In the afternoon, we drove down to 911 Filmcars Inc.
A bunch of us that were free for the day...
decided to help-out Paula with the filming of her pilot!
This is now our 4th time working on set together!
Altogether, we had 10 background performers volunteering to shoot the final scene which lasted less than an hour!
Riley was Gus' co-worker on set!  :-)
After we wrapped, Gus and I drove down to Elizabeth and Keith's place for a barbecue!
We met Endo their Brussels Griffon!
He was all over us.  LOL!
Endo especially loved Gus!
He kept trying to dominate his head.  Haha!
He followed Gus everywhere...
and Gus let him.
So cute!
Keith and I caught the dinner guests from both angles.  ;-)

Big thanks to Elizabeth and Keith for having us over!!!  :-)

Congraduations Elizabeth!!!

I picked-up Fatty this afternoon...
and we drove down to his dad's place.
Suzy Girl was here to greet us!
And so were Gary and Augit!
This truly is Rohan.  ;-)
This is where we hang the bridles.
This ranch is so beautiful I figured it would provide the perfect backdrop for a photo shoot with the car.
As you can see, there's Cindy with her horse Tori in the background.
I'm thinking of calling her Aeglos,
the name of Gil-galad's weapon from "The Lord of the Rings"
I'm still getting used to the manual transmission,
but I prefer it more than an automatic.
After I was done taking photos it was time to join the rest on the patio.  We were all here to celebrate Elizabeth's graduation from Trinity Western University.  She finally completed her nursing degree!
Enter her cousin Brennan.
As if Brennan wasn't big enough, look at the size of his dog!
This is Charlie the St. Bernard.
He certainly caught everyone's attention.
He even had a keg around his neck which was filled with Crown Royal!  Haha!
Charlie and the Graduate.
The brothers found some alone time.
Just maxin' & relaxin' under the sun.
Charlie and Brennan.
I can only imagine how big his turds are.  Hehe...
Scout never stays still for photos, but she sure loves a massage.
At 6'10", Brennan usually towers above most!
I was in heaven with all these dogs around!
Suzy is such a cutie pie.
Someone looks tired.
Time to feed the horses!
Charlie came along and it looked like the horses were very interested in him.
We all gave them apples!
Proud parents Brian and Lynn pose with their daughter.
Break out the bubbly...
because it's time for a toast!
Dr. Kleider got a little choked-up on this one.
Group shot!
Switch it up.
Brian had something to say.
The captive audience.
The woman of honour had one last toast.
Congratulations Elizabeth!!!  :-)
Something smells good!
Dr. Nick grilled-up some organic lamb!
Nicholas and Fatty relaxed in the hot tub again.

The barbarian filled his plate...
with this gigantic piece of meat!
I didn't think he could finish it all,
but he actually did!
Now, this is Burton!
"Don't mind me.  I'm just going to walk over there...
and kick-off some leaves."  LOL!
Ah man...  Everyone was having so much fun, but we had to leave early because Fatty was working tonight.  :-(
Charlie followed us out...
because he could smell Fatty's leftovers!  LOL!
Aeglos looks even better in this light!
Uh oh, Charlie is still hot on Fatty's trail!  Haha!
Might as well get a shot with him and the car.  ;-)

Big thanks to Dr. Nick and Elizabeth for having us share in the celebration!!!  :-)
After I dropped Fatty at his place, I paid a visit to another canine...  Gus!
He and the Megatron were finishing-off a movie when I arrived.

Time to drive home.  ;-)
