Nesting

So this is the new AMS Student Nest at UBC!  I planned on hitting the beach today, but all the free parking was taken, so I called-up Professor Bole and we went out for lunch instead.  :-)

Look what Greg brought back for me from his trip to Japan!  I didn't know who she was at first, but now I do.  Her name is Kaga from the Kantai Collection!

He also got me a little GUNDAM!  :-)

ROBOTECH: The Shadow Chronicles

I just watched this earlier today, it's really good. I was a big fan of Robotech when I was younger, so it's great to see them bring out a new series after all these years (20). The storyline takes place right after "Robotech: The New Generation" series. It took me a while to get used to the new CGI, incorporated with the regular animation, but it works. It looks very promising, but I must admit I miss the old way the mecha was drawn in the original series. Aside of that, this movie is still a must see amongst Robotech fans, old and new.
