Here we go, my first trip to the Sunshine Coast!
Unfortunately, we were here for Kelly and Scott's dad's passing.
The service took place at Dougall Park...
inside the Kinsmen Hall.
Jude, Rachael, and I were happy to support our friends.
Rachael and Kelly, best friends since high school.
Charlie played the ambassador. :-)
A band played for us!
Our condolences to Kelly and her family.
Back home we go.

Happy Canada Day!!!
It was the perfect time to wash my hockey equipment because it's been so damn hot recently the gear should dry-up by tomorrow! ;-)
Today the Megatron and Gus decided to bring Angie and me to a little secret swimming spot!
We went down a little trail...
and then veered-off...
to get down to the river.
Gus went into the water so fast! LOL!
It was such a beautiful spot! :-)
Gus was just waiting for us to join him.
Angie had to check a few text messages before settling down.
"Are you guys coming in or what?" asked Gus.
He really like this pool.
Here we go!
It was a little chilly at first. Haha!
Angie is sexy!
Megan and Gus.
He always likes to sit on a towel,
so I gave him mine.
Angie's on her phone again.
So pretty here!
These guys found a good spot as well.
You have to come here in the late morning to take advantage of the sun. ;-)
I love the Gus Bus!
Angie dubbed this the Family Photo. Haha!
Megan is the mom and I'm the dogfather. Hehe...
Gus kept hanging on to me! LOL!
He's such a sweetheart.
He likes to sunbathe just like me.
He smelled pretty good after his swim.
I really enjoyed this afternoon!
Gus always gets the babes.
He truly is a G-Dog! LOL!
to hug another dog... Charlie!
Happy Canada Day Everyone!!! :-)

Eventually, we left the pool...
and drove over to the MarinaSide Grill...
for something to eat.
Big thanks to Gus and the Megatron for the afternoon swim!!! :-)
In the evening, I dropped by Kelly's place...to hug another dog... Charlie!

Gus Meets Charlie!
Gus and I went by the hospital to visit Thai this afternoon, but this time we were accompanied by Angela and Kristen! Viki was sleeping, so we didn't want to disturb her rest. ;-)
Gus and I eventually left the hospital and we hooked-up with Kelly and Charlie!
It was the first time our two doggies met and they got along really well. :-)
We walked them over to the beach, so they could cool-off.
"Let fly!"
We couldn't really find a good stick to toss, so Kelly just kept psyching them out.
LOL!
Look how cute they are as they swim around together.
They were like instant buddies! :-)
We brought the crew back to Kelly's place where we listened to Emmett play his guitar. He's actually really good now!
Kelly cooked some of the best frozen pizza on the market, Dr. Oetker's Ristorante Pizza Spinaci! ;-)
We enjoyed our meal on the patio.
Time for Gus' headshots.
Hehe...
He's so cute,
I just want to kiss him!
I got so tired from all the eats,
I fell asleep.
Kelly just left me alone in the house with the K-9s...
as she attended her yoga class.
Sadly it was time to part with Charlie,
but we'll be back to play again soon. :-)
On the way back, Gus and I picked-up the Megatron at Cardero's.
Big thanks to Kelly & Charlie for a wonderful afternoon!!! :-)
