Back at Wrangling

Rachael remembered I was on hiatus this week, so she roped me into helping her wrangle today!
Tyler, one my old Boom Operators from "MECH-X4" is on this production now.  :-)
Horsie!
And another horsie!?!
Karyn (Lucas Talent) and I were loving it!  :-)
Karyn (Lucas Talent) is such a cutie pie!

Production: Click here.
Type of Call: Background Coordinator.
Length of Call: 10.2 Hours.
Later in the evening, I picked-up some parcels at Point Roberts and then I had dinner with Kimberly at Milestones.  :-)

Brad Benson's Celebration of Life

Here we go, my first trip to the Sunshine Coast!
Unfortunately, we were here for Kelly and Scott's dad's passing.
The service took place at Dougall Park...
inside the Kinsmen Hall.
Jude, Rachael, and I were happy to support our friends.
Rachael and Kelly, best friends since high school.
Charlie played the ambassador.  :-)
A band played for us!
Our condolences to Kelly and her family.
Back home we go.

Film Friends

I drove-up to the North Shore to grab lunch with Jude and his mom!
Will you look at this though!?!
It's a really big T-65 X-Wing Starfiighter!
I almost feel like getting one and hanging it up in my bedroom.  ;-)
"What do you think, Bazinga?"
He concurs.  Hehe...
In the evening, I met-up with Colin and Todd for some UFC action.  :-)

Juno Meets Rachael!!!

Juno was ready to meet some of my other friends today!  :-)
Rachael...
and family!  :-)
Oh and Bazinga, their cat!  Things went well.  Haha!
Oh no!  Where did she go?!?
She eventually disengaged her cloaking device.  Hehe...
Rachael went downtown to meet the girls for brunch, so Juno got stuck with all the boys.
Awww...  Poor Mike, he really wanted a dog.
Juno's my Star Wars dog!
It even looks like she's wearing a bandolier in this photo!  ;-)
Time for some rest at home before her puppy class tonight.
I was a little hangry, so I tried to eat her.
I had to stop though because she had class at Bravo Dog.  As you can see, Labradoodles are quite popular at these lessons!  :-)
Ryder was the only Pit Bull.
It was so cute to watch all the little ones run around here!  :-)
After class, the Megatron and I went to the new Buddha-Full location.
You can only swing at the Northwoods Village.  :-)
We were both having fun with their swing seats!  Haha!
"Two LoBos, please."
I started to have fun taking photos here.
See?  This is a good one!  :-)

Squamish Nation 30th Annual Powwow

Kiri invited us to this year's powwow, so naturally we accepted!  :-)
The Integrated Police Unit were honoured first.
It was a big turnout today!
Here comes the big parade!
This was only my second time at this powwow.
The flag bearers.
A lot of kids participated too!
Ohhh, I love these guys!
Here come the Jingle Girls!
There's Kiri!  :-)
Awww, the little ones are so cute!
Look at all the colours!
The Cape Dancers.
and more...
kept coming!
A circle of prayer.
Kiri worked hard on her outfit!
It's absolutely beautiful!!!  :-)
"What do you think, Jude?"  Hehe...
This girl in her cape...
looked like she was flying!
Pretty!  :-)
"Dance girls, dance!"
These guys were exciting to watch!  Powwow?  This was more like a Wowwow!!!  ;-)
Equally exciting was the Potato Dance!  LOL!  Couples place a potato between each other's forehead and hold it there as long as they can during the dance.  The last couple standing wins!
Great job, Kiri!

This was a fucken awesome weekend!!!  :-)
