The MOMMIETRON & MOMO in Kits

Whoa, Nikki's performing here on my birthday?!? I'd go to this if I knew for sure she'd be singing "I Believe" at the concert. The MOMMIETRON, MOMO, and I grabbed the bus to Kitsilano this afternoon. I thought it'd be a good idea for us to walk around and get some exercise around this beautiful neighbourhood. I brought MOMO to Ace Cycles to finally get my old pedals removed. Big thanks to Brian for that!!! We then walked over to a house which used to belong to one of our friends. They used to run a nursing home out of it, but shut it down and sold the property for $1 000 000. I told the MOMMIETRON they could have asked for a lot more. Now, it's a newly renovated house with a bunch of rentable suites in it. They even added to the garage to make it a coach house. Just another suite to rent now! It was time to head back once we saw the clouds roll-in.

Hey Jude!

Introducing JUDE! That's right, named after the song because his mother is a big Beatles fan.
This little guy is Rachael and Mike's newborn son! Surprisingly, no boogers?!? "You've got to see the Babbeee!!!" He's already giving me the fist?!? It's almost as big as Hellboy's "Right Hand of Doom". "What's he looking at?" He likes to stare out the window. His pants are sagging, mohawk hair, suckhas stare, but he don't care... This kid looks smart. From a photo I've seen, he looks just like Mike, when he was a baby. "Eat this." It seemed like he would doze-off while the bottle was in his mouth. "Uh... Uncle Ed, my head's gonna fall off." I'm taking this kid to the beach since I'm "Spring Break's Official Suntan Lotion Applicator". I finally got to see the Babbeee. My POV... "Ehhh!!!" Gratitude to Rachael and Mike for having me over. It was a pleasure meeting your son!!! While walking towards the Skytrain station, I bumped into this loser. "LOSER!!!" It's just Phil. Eventually, I got to Amber's place to help her film some scenes for her audition. And then of course, I met-up with the boys and girls at Boston Pizza for karaoke! I got hungry, so I ordered their... Thai Chicken Bites! It sure hit the spot.

Alesha Visits Steveston

This afternoon, Alesha and I went down to Richmond's Steveston Village. We checked out Fisherman's Wharf first. We were both hungry, so we got something to eat at the Charthouse Restaurant. Shrimp & Crab Supreme with Boston Clam Chowder... The nice weather was a pleasant surprise today. Alesha wanted me to get a photo with this Orca sign. Alesha bought ice cream for both of us at Mary's Italian Ice Cream. They've got a 2 for 1 special here! We finally learned the difference between gelato and ice cream. Gelato is made with milk and ice cream is made with cream. Doh! With ice cream in hand, we walked over to Garry Point Park. It was a perfect day for kite flying! It's nice here. Time to put my tripod to use. I can honestly say I've never been here before! I don't know the name of this sculpture, but I'm calling this thing the Garry Point Death Star. Time to get off. I tried taking this thing home with me. Alesha at Steveston... Those little buggies were cool! They just got dragged around by their kites. We considered riding one back to Vancouver. ;)

Prince of Persia

Well, I just watched "Prince of Persia" with Jody. A little predictable, but it was entertaining enough. I loved watching hot babe, Gemma Arterton portray Princess Tamina, but I'm starting to get tired of fight sequences shot close-up. I know it's to hide the lack of fighting skills by the performers, but it's starting to get old real fast. It makes you appreciate those action flicks produced in Asia even more now. Example: "Ip Man".

After a vacation, it was time to get paid! It looks like Brando provides security for Keystone Extras now! ;)
