Enter the Ninja (Day 1)

I had to get up pretty early in the morning for work today. This was what I saw at 4:40 am at the intersection of Broadway & Commercial. I guess the crows like hanging out here at this time. After spending 3 hours in the make-up truck, this was my new look! I (Keystone Extras) was still sleepy. So don't wake me up! Too late! I'm up! As if my own teeth weren't ugly enough, I (Keystone Extras) got fitted for this Hillbilly set. LOL! Time to practice the art of stealth. The outfit they put us in reminded me of "Assassin's Creed". Also kind of looks like Scorpion and Sub-Zero's attire in "Mortal Kombat", but with a hood. "So be it... Young Skywalker." I (Keystone Extras) was totally having fun with this! Can you see me? I lurk in the shadows. I'm creepin'. This costume is so cool! I (Keystone Extras) wish I could keep it. Elizabeth (Local Color) read during some downtime. Lunch baby! Oh, I almost forgot, we were all fitted with bald caps. Elizabeth's (Local Color) a baldie! Time for the removal... My make-up artist, Harlow did an awesome job with me! I felt no discomfort at all with the procedures of application and removal. Poor Elizabeth (Local Color), she looked like an old woman with major dandruff after we got cleaned-up. LOL! Big thanks to her for giving me a ride today!!! Production: Classified until the episode has aired. Type of Call: 6 Background. Length of Call: 10 hours.

Downtown with Kelvin

After both of us finished running errands, Kelvin and I met-up for some lunch. We decided to eat at the Salsa & Agave Mexican Grill. It looks like they serve authentic Mexican here! Four Soft-Shell Tacos for me! Their food is good. And the view from here's not bad either. Beagles R Us... Apparently, these dogs are all rescues. While shopping for sunglasses on Robson Street, we stopped by a Gelarmony (formerly Mondo Gelato) for dessert! Shortly after, we bumped into Khaira and her son, Teva on Denman Street! Check it out! I brought home a U.N. Spacy wristband from a Sakura Media store. They were having a 50% off sale on certain items and throughout this Summer, no tax!

A Quick Trip Downtown

After a quick wardrobe fitting, I went downtown to check out the Urban Bike Fair. That's when I bumped into Mindy Gal! Apparently, she and her husband are avid cyclists as well. I got hungry, so I stepped into the new Japa Dog restaurant! It never ceases to amaze me how busy they get. And to think, the owners started out with a single hot dog stand 5 years ago! Plus, they were unemployed to begin with.

DJ EdRocker in the House!

Yay, Chera (Local Color) and I were on set today!!! It's been months since we've worked together. Thea's got new hair! I (Keystone Extras) think she looks good in brown. This is Tim's "Pen of Shame". It's what you'll be using to fill-out your voucher should you forget to bring your pen. Posing with pretty momma, Lori (Showbiz Management)... And with the raven haired Victoria (Showbiz Management)... Biker babes, Chera (Local Color) and Victoria (Showbiz Management)... The new cover of Easyriders... Alejandra (Keystone Extras) cut her hair again! Hey, it's Rick the Sound Guy! As promised, I gave him the photos I took from the wine festival last weekend. Brynn had Tim assisting her today. Are you Naughty or Nice? These guys are with the DJ (Keystone Extras). The running mates reprising their Sun Run finish... Production: Click the entry's title. Type of Call: Cattle, 60 Background.
