Bang, Bang!!!

Before going to the firing range, Mike and I met-up with Steve for lunch. We ate at Pho Nhuan. I ordered their Beef Stew with Bread. Also had some Vietnamese Coffee. Since a lot of these places accept cash only, Steve and Mike fronted the bill. Big thanks to the boys for lunch!!! Finally at DVC Indoor Shooting Range... I always like to sweep away the empty shell casings by my stall before I start. ;-) Brad, one of the supervisors helped the virgin, Mike get acquainted with his firearm. I must say, I'm a Glock man. I shot the Glock 34 today. There goes Mike loading his clip. A few more pointers from Brad... Popping his cherry... ;-) He's not a virgin anymore. A little later, Brad broke-out the shotgun! "Why are you laughing?" asked Mike. It was a little intimidating at first, but we got used to it. You can totally feel the power in this one! My turn, my turn! I also tried the Walther, but it sucked. I'm considering taking the Canadian Firearms Safety Course now. Later in the evening, I went over to Niki's house to watch "The Karate Kid". I fucken love this movie! The morning after, we had breakfast at Ricky's. The Belgian Waffles are good here!

I Saw the Sign (Day 3)

We were back on this feature again. In the morning, I had breakfast with Paul (LJR Talent Inc.). This time, we totally spent the whole day playing Scrabble! Oh my goodness, will you look at the words Suzanne's (Local Color) been spelling! 'Anus' and 'hoe'?!? LOL! Lunch time! Colin (ShowBiz Management) joined us later in the morning... and so did Glen (Tactical Actions Group Inc.). There weren't too many of us this time. At the end of our day, production brought in the burger guy! Sharmaine (ShowBiz Management) waited in line with me. "Whatcha got grilling?" Bison Burgers!!! Let me (ShowBiz Management) tell you, it was worth the wait! Production: Click the entry's title. Type of Call: 18 Background. Length of Call: 9 3/4 hours.

Move & Dance

It's official... the Deumas have landed! Welcome to British Columbia!!! Look at the size of that moving truck! Boris carefully opened the back of the truck for the slow reveal. It was packed to the tits! (Pardon my French.) But it was! A couple of hours later with the manpower of 8, we were finally done! Later in the evening, I made my way to J Lounge. There was a cabaret going on here tonight! The Candy Girls... A bunch of other groups were dancing too! Finally, the reason why I came down... Jennifer! Getting a shot between the two performers... I haven't seen this girl since last summer, so I gladly accepted her invite! Seems like running all those marathons does a body good. ;-) Great job, Jenn!!!

A Night of "DUNE"

"Hi Drew!" I grabbed a bite to eat with Tara and Todd at White Spot. Just a little pitstop on our way to Shane and Michelle's tonight. Could these two be the new couple of 2010? "A Legendary Burger for me and substitute the Fries with Sweet Potato Fries, please." Gratitude to Shane and Michelle for inviting us over to watch "DUNE"!!! I don't know if the girls enjoyed it much though. LOL! While waiting for the Skytrain home, I spotted another billboard of one of my favourite Vancouver Canucks, Kirk McLean!
