An Alternate History (Day 5)

Woohoo!  I got another day on this production.
Pale looks good in suspenders.
Adiam was our boss today!
Adiam with Audrey and Ivan from Wardrobe.
Ivette would fit in the '60s.
Kaya was on set with her mom today who was working Set-Dec.
She's a Labrador/Ridgeback Cross!  :-)
I drove a tuk-tuk today!  Can you say, "SAE"?  ;-)
The vintage shot.
The power of Xander!
Adiam fell in love with this Beetle.
It's been a S'well Saturday.

Shayna's 30th Birthday Bash

After I got wrapped, I drove 5 minutes from our circus to The Emerald...
to celebrate Shayna's 30th birthday!
A lot of her friends were here!
I met Dakota and Paul who were married last weekend!  They won the PEAK Pride Wedding Contest held by the radio station 102.7 The Peak!  I totally saw them at the parade.
Here's their video: Dakota & Paul // Wedding Highlight from Premier Productions on Vimeo.
Chera put this whole thing together and she did a wonderful job!
"Hi Shayna!"
Bring on the cake!
This restaurant is like a hidden gem in Chinatown.
Dirty Thirty!
Look at that lovely smile.
Shayna and Michelle.
I've missed Chera.

Good job girl!!!  :-)
Happy Birthday Shayners!!!  :-)

An Alternate History (Day 4)

The morning shuttle ride.
I played foosball with Bill, David, and Johnny at our first holding.
Johnny was really good!
Our second holding was by the Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Classical Chinese Garden!
I finally saw Colin when we broke for lunch because he came-in with the later group.
I didn't even recognize Randy at first because he wasn't wearing his regular cowboy hat.  Haha!
Jarryd pointed-out his grandfather's name on this plaque which commemorated the Canadian Veterans of World War II!  Seems fitting to the production we were on today.  ;-)

The Scarlet Speedster (Day 1)

So this is Central City!
We got two thumbs-up from Natalia (Showbiz Management).
Dangerous artwork.
Our holding had a wonderful view of the harbour.
Every now and then, we'd spot a military aircraft flyby...
like this naval helicopter!
The Mill was just downstairs.
Knowing how to read the call sheet is key to our line of work.  It's how I (Lucas Talent) got a longer day instead of going home with the others after only 6 hours.  ;-)
Those aren't MiG-28s!
That configuration is unmistakable, it's an F-22 Raptor and a WWII propeller plane!  They're most likely heading towards this year's Abbotsford Airshow.  ;-)

Hot Head

I got so excited when they made me wear this.  Apparently, they have their own line of scrubs!  Look: http://medical.barcouniforms.com/medical/catalog.asp?br=GR&cat=554&orig=554
Maya (Lucas Talent) and I (Lucas Talent) worked in the scary hospital today.  ;-)

CAFM

It was a great day to be riding!
We're all enjoying this busy season in our industry!
Sara (Lucas Talent) was here!
Our wrangler Lisa talking to Martin.
It's always a fun time on set when I'm (Lucas Talent) working with Sara (Lucas Talent)!
Our holding was a little sketchy though.
Booked with bike and gear.  :-)
