Friday Night on Ice

I couldn't believe what I saw when I looked out the window this morning.I was fucken snowing and they were big flakes too! Luckily, it didn't stick around too long. It was gone by late afternoon. We were all back on the ice for our Friday night ritual. Here's Lawrence wearing one of the best Canucks jerseys ever (Trevor Linden's #16)!!! Lawrence also works in the film industry. Tony surprised us by telling us that there was enough cash surplus for him to schedule one more game. Yay!!! We all thought this was our last night for the season. Rachel, Isaac, Paul, and Brian... It was a pleasure to see these guys at the rink!

A Day in the Sickbay

I got up pretty early this morning to go to work. When I got on the bus, it was filled with the Chinese heading for their morning Tai Chi. LOL!!! See, it was still dark when I arrived at the Vancouver Film Studios.They actually brought back one of my favourite shows to work on, so they can finish their final season properly. I was all excited because I thought Tim would be working, but due to our numbers, he wasn't even called in. Here I am enjoying a Breakfast BLT Wrap in holding. All made-up and propped for our scene... What I had for lunch... During our breaks, I wore this garbage bag to preserve the make-up job. Plus, I didn't want any of that shit getting on my jacket. LOL!!! One of the crew members came up with an idea to write this on my outfit. Production: Click the entry's title. Type of Call: 12 Background. Length of Call: 9 hours. After work, I walked into my local Community Police Centre and signed the petition for the VPD's Con-Air Program. Hell ya, let's get rid of those mofos!!!

Chewy's New Set-up!

Look what Fatty made for Chewy! Ever since Misha moved out and took some furniture along with him, Fatty and Veronique got a chance to do a lot of renovations in their apartment. Here's one of them. With a few purchases from Ikea, Fatty turned a shelf into steps for the Little Bad Boy. Apparently, the initial installment of the second step wasn't too sturdy, so on one occasion when Chewy used it, the step came off the wall and he fell. LOL!!! The poor guy was a little traumatized, but Fatty was able to fix things again. Now, Chewy looks really happy with his new set-up. It's not for all dogs, but our boy is "quick, quick like a chat" that it's no problem for him to get up there. Aaahhh yes, life is good.

Hangin' Downtown

After running a few errands downtown...I met-up with Marife and we walked around Pacific Centre. I always wanted to take photos on this plus 15 to the new Holt Renfrew, so we did just that. See..., they have such nice displays. So pretty... We went to Cafe Crepe for dinner and I ordered a Nutella Banane Sweet Crepe. It's always the safe bet. We actually ordered more food, but I forgot to take photos of them. LOL!!!

"All You Need Is Love" Burlesque

I went down to the Wise Hall tonight to watch a friend perform burlesque.The show was raising funds for WOMANKIND WORLDWIDE, to support their fight to bring an end to FGM and other forms of violence against women. Here's Megan on stage as a tall Red Riding Hood. I apologize for the poor quality of my photos. I was pretty far from the stage and I didn't bring my tripod. Look at Megan's long legs! The girls were very entertaining and their acts were so funny! I look forward for the next show.

Much Better This Time...

It was hockey again on Friday night at the Richmond Ice Centre.This time we all got a good share of the ice. Tony looks on... I was able to score 2 goals tonight, but I can't count how many assists I got because Stef was a one-man scoring machine. Mind you the teams were a little lopsided and our bench had the advantage, unlike last week, so fuck them! LOL!!! There's tall Jimmy! He skates funny, but he can work some magic with that stick. There's Dumbass Rich wearing the number "16". Simon and Paul watch from the bench... Stef scored a ton of goals tonight, but paid for it with a bloody nose from a high stick. Overall, I was quite satisfied with tonight's game. We only have one more session left this season.

My First Sitcom

After just an hour and half of sleep, I got up and headed off to Maple Ridge to do another show. I was so happy to see Michelle there too! Here's George sipping his coffee. He was kind enough to give me a ride home when we finished.Wearing my servant outfit which would eventually transform into... A pair of boxers and a wifebeater... LOL!!! Denise played the other servant... All of us were in our underwear, but whoopee doo, I've seen more at Wreck Beach. LOL!!! Here's Michelle sitting on my lap.
