On Location in Lynn Canyon

I went to work this morning at North Vancouver's Lynn Canyon Park!There were only 3 other background performers working with me today. Christy, Adiam, and Kennith... I ordered a Breakfast Burrito from the truck. It was almost like we were camping. Trevor getting a shot with the girls... What do we have here? Oh boy! A pair of Yellow Labrador Retrievers came by our holding! They just kept running around us. Eventually, their dad got them to pose for my camera. Their names were "Ruby" and "Chili". So cute! A few shots now of our surroundings... Me! Damn! Ken was eating for two! LOL!!! Getting some shots with one of the ATVs... I actually drove one in our scene! Fooling around now... Adiam doing a little dance on the log... Ken just kept wondering, "What's with all the picture taking?" LOL!!! I was a victim of Adiam's sidekick. Look who was passed by our set, Caitlin! I had a feeling I was going to bump into a Kobitzsch today. After all, this is basically their backyard. A nice looking Vespa... After we wrapped, we all took the bus back into town. Aaawww, I had a lot of fun with this crew. Production: Click the entry's title. Type of Call: 4 Background (SAE). Length of Call: 12 hours. After work, I met-up with Fatty and Veronique at the Vancouver Art Gallery. Here they are with tattoo artist, James (right) at the cafe upstairs. We checked out the "Krazy!" exhibit. It was okay, I guess. The only thing I really liked was the Anime section that featured some footage from "The Super Dimension Fortress Macross" series and an area that displayed the musical works of Yoko Kanno. I never even knew this cafe existed up here. Nice view from here. We bumped into Nick on Robson! LOL!!!

Laundry Day

I met-up with Fatty, Veronique, and Chewy to do the laundry this afternoon. As we waited for our loads to finish, we went next door to the local coffee shop to kill some time.Chewy enjoyed a little party time with a Dachshund. Here he comes with his momma. Closer... The little bad boy and Fatty's foot... I left shortly after to meet-up with Marife and Tom to go to volleyball. While I was walking downtown, I took a few shots of this condo. I just love it's architecture. It's a modern building, but with a rustic appeal. Just look at the stair cases. I can imagine some Italian woman giving heck to her husband below while she hangs her laundry on a clothesline. LOL!!!

Happy Birthday Chris!!!

Tonight, I went down to The New Bohemian in Kitsilano to celebrate Chris' 34th birthday. I bumped into Randy outside. He pretty much arrived the same time I did. Randy posing with the birthday boy's wife, Leila... Heather with Paula (I think that's her name)... Hayden did some deejaying tonight. Here he is, the man of the hour getting a shot with Peter. Our party took up half of the restaurant! The local stunt community... I finally got a photo with Chris. As you can see, I was wearing scrubs because I had another party to attend after, with a medical theme. Darryl questioning my attire... Hayden coming in for a peek... Stuntwoman, Nicole... White ninja!!! Anthony and his wife were also in attendance. Nick getting everyone to cheer on Chris to drink... Aaawww look, it's Sarah! I haven't seen her for so long. Now, she's flipping me the bird. J.C. in the house! Chris Gone Wild! He laid down on top of the bar and allowed body shots to be performed on him. LOL!!! Here goes his wife, Leila. A little tongue action... Everyone just loved it! Sarah also got to do one too, but the funniest one was when Paul drank from Chris' navel! That brought the house down. LOL!!! Happy Birthday Chris!!! I saw this fixie through a store-front window and thought of Fatty immediately. Hence the photo.
