The Fugees (Day 1)

I had to get-up pretty early in the morning for work today! Production provided us with an English Muffin Sandwich for breakfast. I was still hungry, so I went back for a Waffle with Maple Cream! I (ShowBiz Management) brought my cape to stay warm. ;-) That's Maeva (Double Agents) playing with my phone. We officially introduced ourselves to each other today! She's (Double Agents) from France! I'm (ShowBiz Management) listening to my bag. ;-) No smoking! Maeva (Double Agents) wanted a shot in her coveralls too. Lunch was good! The twisted sisters, Jody (ShowBiz Management) and Jennifer (ShowBiz Management)... LOL! Man, I haven't worked on that show in ages! Production: Click the entry's title. Type of Call: Cattle, 52 Background. Length of Call: 13 hours.

On Location in Gastown

After getting off at the Stadium Skytrain Station on my way to work this morning, I saw a couple of billboards of my all-time favourite Canucks! My hero, Trevor Linden...
and my hockey idol, Pavel Bure the 'Russian Rocket'!!! Denisa took a shot of me (ShowBiz Management) outside of our holding.
Check it out! There's a coffin imbedded in the floor of this place! Our wrangler, Marina with the rest of us sardines... LOL! The knitting guy, Steve (Local Color)!
Denisa (In-Motion) lent her ear to me (ShowBiz Management) this afternoon. Thank you, D!!!
We watched this guy walking down the street, speaking into the thin air until he finally found someone to talk to... this dog. The dog's owner eventually got concerned. :-( 10-1 anyone? Here's someone new I (ShowBiz Management) met today, Carlena (Local Color)! Beautiful and talented, this dancer/choreographer appeared in "So You Think You Can Dance Canada"!
Lunch in my container again! Our circus was parked under the Georgia Viaduct. After we wrapped, I took the long scenic walk towards a Skytrain station. :-) Production: Click the entry's title. Type of Call: 48 Background. Length of Call: 5 1/4 hours.

I Finally Got One!!!!

I went over to the Apple Store, Oakridge Centre this morning and lined-up for 5 minutes! Lose a girlfriend, gain a new iPhone! Sounds like a fair trade to me. LOL! It's the iPhone 4 to be exact! So far, so good and it doesn't seem to get jealous of the people I talk to. ;-) Later in the evening, Boris and I drove over to the Mountain Shadow Inn. That's Boris! And who should walk in as our Wings arrived, Rich! It's as if he timed it just right?!? The Hot Wings are sold at $0.25 each! Just one of Pauline and Rich's discoveries. Pauline and her sister eventually joined us. Posing with Colleen, the sister... After watching the hockey game, we took part in Quiz Night. It was pretty fun! A lot of people using their smartphones to cheat though. LOL! At one point in the evening, I had to perform a tie-breaker for our team. I was unsuccessful. :-( One of our rounds consisted of identifying these celebrity mugshots. LOL! I'd come back here to do it all again for sure! Gratitude to Pauline and Rich for inviting us!!! And big thanks to Boris for driving!!!

Steak & Prawns at the Moose

Fresh from being dumped, I made my way to the Moose for dinner. Looks like they've got a new sign! It's been awhile since I've seen Andrea and Holly! So, when Andrea invited me out, I gladly accepted. I wore my Longhorns shirt tonight. $6.99 Steak & Prawns only available on Sundays here... 'C' is for 'Cookie' and it's good enough for me! Gratitude to Andrea for her home-baked cookies!!!

Haney Place Holding

Big thanks to Brett (ShowBiz Management) for letting me carpool with him all the way to Maple Ridge!!! Here we have Simon (ShowBiz Management), our wrangler, Anya, and Todd (ShowBiz Management)! A shot of our holding... This little guy flew into Brett's face and landed on his lap. We decided he should meet Anya. ;-) Todd (ShowBiz Management) in shame, posing with his temporary replacement phone while his Samsung Galaxy S is getting fixed... :-( Lunch time! I (ShowBiz Management) thought I'd pose with Shane (ShowBiz Management) in this one. Production: "Collision Earth". Type of Call: 26 Background. Length of Call: 8 1/4 hours. After we wrapped, I finally game the MOMMIETRON her Texas Longhorns shirt. I've been holding on to it ever since I got back from Austin. Gooo Longhorns!!!
