Mountain Spirit Wrap Party
I bussed over to The Pen Cafe for the "Mountain Spirit" wrap party. I worked on this short film last summer.
Posing with our head of costumes, Etela...
Writer and director, Tom gives his speech...
I had steak for dinner!
Prizes and dinner before the screening...
Some screen captures from the indie flick...
Look, I'm Kloskurbeh!
I couldn't stop laughing when I saw myself!
I was "going commando" when we shot this scene. LOL!!!
Actually, I have a hat similar to this one on my head.
Justin finally arrived! He was booked all day on "Smallville", but he made it, eventually. Big thanks to Tom and Crystal for giving us the opportunity to work on this film!!!

Trip to Pender Island (Day 2)
This is an awesome bust of Fatty and Nicholas' "Super Oma". I refer to her as that because I don't know exactly how many generations down the line she is.
Fatty basically saved this marvelous sculpture from toiling around in his uncle's basement in Toronto. He was able to recognize the heirloom's craftsmanship under all the garbage that was placed upon it and get it shipped to Vancouver. You can tell she was a babe back then. Kind of looks like Misha!
The Kleider Boys... Can you tell who's who?
Answer: Nicholas, Misha, and Alex...
Awww, here's Annie in the morning!
She's so cute!
There's Greg feeding her breakfast.
It was time to catch the ferry back.
Julia gave us a ride to the terminal.
Time to say, "Good-bye."
We definitely should come here more often. I never knew how easy it was to get here!
There's our ride!
It's easy and cheap being a foot passenger on the ferries.
The view from Otter Bay...
We found our chill zone.
Time for breakfast on the boat... Damn, Fatty blinked in this shot.
This really hit the spot.
Yeah, baby!!!
Some pretty views from the ship...
And now for some photographs from Fatty's camera...
I would have stayed out here taking more photos as we sailed through "The Pass",
But it was too damn cold!
I did get a shot of Fatty before we went back inside though.
The world is so pretty. It's a shame that not everyone respects it.
Sleeping time...
"The Golden Child"...
We finally arrived at the Tsawwassen Terminal.
The people going into the light...
It was time to make a run for it.
We felt like a bunch of fugitives.
Nicholas and I had fun with that.
There's Tamara and Nicholas waiting for their shuttle to the parking lot.
So marks the end of another episode of "Party Serious". Tune in next week to see what happens next. LOL!!! Big thanks to Julia and Gregory for having us over this weekend. I just loved the food and company!!!
