This morning, Simon came to my gym to workout!
Then later in the evening, I went for a bike ride with Brian and Charlie through the Pacific Spirit Regional Park!
Charlie met a new friend, Meeka!
The trails here are awesome!
Whoa!
It's like a speeder bike chase.
We came full-circle and ran into Meeka again! Charlie smelled some treats. LOL!
We got a treat when arrived in the house, Panini Sandwiches by Kelly! Also, Brian removed MOMO's old crank for me. :-)Thanks you guys!!!
