Jess & Jeff's Wedding (Day 3)

I got early in the morning to take advantage of the pool before we checked-out.

"Good morning Dusty!"
He and Rene had a long drive ahead of them, so they had to leave early.  :-(
At the second pool now.

Look who decided to join...
me.
After our little dip, we decided to do some wine tasting at the resort's winery.

Going for a stroll through the vineyards.

See what happens when I don't go to the gym for almost a week?
I am not pleased with myself.

Our pathetic posedown.

Back at the pool,
a grasshopper found solitude on Lila's belly.
Time to leave these babes and...
go for a hike with the others.
"Fatty, do you know where to go?"
Destination: White Sands Beach.
Cool!  Some military jets did a couple of flybys over us.
I called this path 'Horse Shit Way' because there were tons of horse shit and...
a bunch of cactus!
I actually stepped on this!
Off in the distance, Fatty went to greet the horses that were grazing.
We finally reached the White Sands!
We partied here back in 2008.  A lot of boats like to gather here and play their music really loud.
This is Harlem, Jess and Jeff's dog!
He's a cutie.
And look who decided to drop by...
the horsies!!!
They conducted a little meet & greet with us!

It was simply magical!
I approve.
Khal Drogo seconds it.  ;-)

And they're off to venture the land!
Group shots.

Tree love.
On the way back, Lila and the others encountered a Rattlesnake!
Fatty mounted a horse.
Time to go back.
LOL!  Fatty sat right beside this wasp nest!  He's lucky he didn't get stung.
We passed through the RV Park.
It was party time for the dogs!
Cutting through the vineyards...
on our return to the resort.
The little wine grapes growing.
They're so tiny right now!
It was hot like a mofo today.

It was finally time to say, "Goodbye," to our friends.  :-(
Happy, happy, joy, joy!!!  :-)
On the drive out, Ice Cream was on me!
"Peace out Osoyoos!"

While filling-up gas in Princeton, we spotted a Marmot by the station!
He's on the run.
Lila was going crazy on how cute they were.
There was a whole family of them here!
For dinner, we stopped by a Home Restaurant in Hope.
Schnitzel for me!
And Coconut Cream Pie for dessert!  It was a good way to end our weekend.  ;-)
Big thanks to Jeff and Jess for inviting us to their wedding!!!

All the best in the years to come!!!  :-)
