This morning I had a
Personal Training Session with
Kelsey Larg at the
Steve Nash Sports Club!
I could have sworn she tried to kill me today with all this circuit training.
(I did ask for it though.)

After the gym, I decided to check-out the
Dragon Boat Festival! I was curious how the
Laoyam Eagles of
Pemberton were doing after seeing their morning interview on
Global BC News.
The
Olympic Village was filled with people this afternoon.
And who knew
Larry Hoe was on the
Board of Directors for this event?!?
As for the
Laoyam Eagles, they've advanced to tomorrow's race!
