Look what the MOMMIETRON received from one of her friends.  It was her birthday yesterday, so she got a few gifts like this pot of orchids!  I've yet to take her out, but I will once I get some free time.  ;-)

An Afternoon with Shayners

Gus and I drove downtown to meet-up with Shayna for lunch at the Bellagio Cafe!

After our meal, we hired Gus as our security detail...

and he also helped Shayna pick-out some new boots.  ;-)

I was back on my favourite show with Thai (Boss Management Inc.) today.  He actually bought a car last week for $900!

I know he drives a Volkswagen Jetta, so I told him if I have the opportunity, I usually park beside another Volkswagen.  ;-)

So guess what?  During a break, I returned my bag to my car only to discover that two other Jettas parked close by me!  LOL!

Survive: Escape From Atlantis

So I lost some sleep today by going down to Able Auctions this morning in search of a Herman Miller chair.  A software development company went out of business, so they were auctioning-off all their equipment today.  I failed in my attempt to get a chair because bidders were paying close to retail price for the them, so it didn't make sense for me to purchase one here since I can get a brand new one with a lifetime warranty by paying just a little bit more.  ;-)

Later this evening, I dropped by Board Game Warriors on my way to Lafflines in New Westminster.

I met this little cutie pie as I walked-in!

She reminded me of Eloise!

After scratching her back, she wouldn't leave my side as I perused the store.  :-)

Mission Accomplished!!!  I was able to buy Survive: Escape From Atlantis! from here!  I found out from Surya that it's actually an old game that he used to play in his childhood.  As you can see, I bought the 30th Anniversary Edition!  ;-)

Sans Magicland (Day 1)

Normally, I'd prefer working in the LSCR, but I'll take this warm holding instead of a pop-up tent on a day like this.  ;-)

Oh my goodness, Andrea (Showbiz Management) is pregnant!?!  I didn't notice at first because she hid it so well this morning.  LOL!    

Marie (Showbiz Management) was here too and offered Andrea some advice on her future motherhood.  :-)

Sweet Carrie's Has Shutdown!?! :-(

Gus came along to run a few errands with me today.  This sidewalk sure looks different compared...

I asked Megan what kind of plant this was, but she didn't know.  Hehe...

Now this was a shocker!  Sweet Carrie's Dessert Shop inside the Lonsdale Quay Market has shutdown!?!   Seriously, I couldn't believe my eyes when I walked in and saw the empty shelves.  I've been coming to this place for their Pavlova since 1994!  Where am I going to get it now?!?  :-(

And of course as I walked out of the market, a crow took a shit on me!  So, I went back in and bought a lottery ticket.  ;-)
