Wedding in Cancun (Day 8)

Since I didn't want our night to end,

I stayed-up and waited for the sun to rise.

It's so beautiful here...

and I just wanted to soak it all in.

I'm definitely going to miss this place and all the new friends I've met this week.  :-(

And there he is!

The sun decided to make his appearance now.

This meant it was time for us to leave.  :-(

It's like coming full-circle with Rich.  We met for the first time at a Hard Rock and here we are again at another Hard Rock.  ;-)

Awww, I'm going to miss Michelle.  She was basically our Julie McCoy during our whole stay at this resort.  From teaching yoga and all other activities in our pool, she did it all!

What an adventure this week has been.  It has certainly been an awesome week for all of us and the experience is something we'll never forget.

Wedding in Cancun (Day 7)

Like I said yesterday, it's going to be another long day.  I actually had a massage this morning before heading to Aquaworld.

I've got my flippers on!

The Paradise Adventure, just another excursion paid for with my Resort Credits.  ;-)

We docked beside a yellow submarine.

Then we went inside it!

As we cruised around the coral reefs, we saw a bunch of sea turtles!

Oh wow, a stingray!!!

WTF?  A mermaid?!?

Time to head over to the Mother Ship...

for some snorkelling!  Too bad I didn't have one of those waterproof cameras with me.  I actually swam above that same stingray we saw earlier!

This PBO actually brought it to our attention.  ;-)

The snorkelling was fucken awesome!  I would have done it twice if I could.

We're back.

Time for the second excursion of the day, the Tour of Cancun with George and Cindy.

It was a boat cruise along the lagoon's coast.  There's La Isla!

Now, that's one way to live.  ;-)
