Running the Wall

I got a call from Nicholas this afternoon that he wanted to run the Seawall. I was totally game for that! The weather was perfect for our run! Fatty and Lila came too. Out in the distance, we admired a sailboat and... this quote came to mind. ;-) While cutting through Stanley Park, I snapped a couple shots of the flowers in the garden. I never even knew this trail existed! Fatty brought us to a Bamboo grove! We were a little disappointed to find out that random people have cut a bunch of them down. :-( "Save them, Nicky!" More pretty flowers along the way! We dropped by Capers for a bite to eat. There was a cute Pug waiting outside! Roasted Chicken for dinner! Time to wake-up and do some yoga. RoofTop Yoga with Lila to be exact.

Gratitude to Popa Fett for the session!!! Time to go home.

Popa Fatt Walkabout

On the way to the gym this afternoon, I spotted a remnant from the riot last Wednesday. Kenji was right. There were two police cruisers on fire at this parking lot. :-( After my workout, I met-up with Lila and Fatty and we went for a walk to Stanley Park. We got pretty hungry, so we walked over to Capers and picked-up a couple of Roasted Chickens!

Sunday with Popa Fatt

After my workout this afternoon, I spotted this 2008 Fuji Track across the street from my gym. It was sporting Lila's rims, but with orange tires! I met-up with Popa Fatt and we had lunch at Capers. While walking-up Robson Street, Fatty pointed out this sculpture and said, "This guy is jerking-off so hard!" LOL!!!

Sunday Walkabout

After working-out this afternoon, I met-up with Lila and Fatty. We went over to Capers for some brunch! After eating, we went for a walk along the seawall until we reached the Olympic Cauldron. This was the closest I've ever been to it! It used to be cordoned-off all the time. :-( "Now, that's a BJ for sure!" said Fatty. ;-) Later in the evening, I met-up with Elizabeth and Derek for some dinner. They were busy eating fat while I ate healthy. ;-) I'm eating like a rabbit now. LOL!
