Liz is Leaving :-(

I ran into Lila at the gym after my workout, so we went out for brunch at Provence Marinaside!

After our meal, I went over to Liz's place because she was selling all her stuff to prepare for her move to Mexico!  She's going to be working at Baja-Zen, a Yoga & Surf Retreat Center.  I ended-up buying a couple of things and eating her food.  ;-)

She's not going to be alone on this trek.  Little Miss Baja will be accompanying her!  I'm gonna miss Liz.  She's been one of my favourite yoga instructors at the Steve Nash Sports Club.  :-(

The Gus Bus

I had Gus for the day because Megan was working.  It was such a nice day, I took him for a long walk downtown.

My 41st Birthday

Yup, I'm 41 now.  Fuck!

The MOMMIETRON and I went to Provence Marinaside for some lunch and they gave me a complimentary Dessert Platter!
