Tofino Trip (Day 4)

Time to bid farewell to Chesterman Beach.

We grabbed some breakfast at the Long Beach Lodge Resort!

It sits on the edge of Cox Bay.  The waves here seem easier to surf.  ;-)

Our last stop before leaving this lovely coast was...

Long Beach!

I've heard so much of this beach.

It really is long!

Beautiful too!  I'd love to come back here someday, but by plane.  ;-)

On the ferry ride back, we came across a pod of orcas!  I finally got to personally see some in their natural environment!  :-)

Back home at last.

Just in time for some Scythe!  Haha!

Tofino Trip (Day 3)

I spotted a surfer this morning.

Oh, there's another one!

Angie and I walked along Chesterman to get some brunch.

The forecast called for sunny breaks today.

I see a little sun in the distance.

Ohhh, it's coming alright!

Tofino Trip (Day 2)

So this was the Airbnb that we booked for the weekend.

Landon led me along the pathway beside the house...

and revealed to me...

Chesterman Beach!

Even on a rainy day like this,

the beach is quite spectacular!

My model was a little distracted this morning.  ;-)

Here he comes!

It almost looks like Landon's walking on ice.

He was loving the breeze.

The ocean air is so delightful.

If only you could bottle it.  ;-)

It's hard not to admire the view here though.

Oh, he found a friend!

Cool, sand castles!  Oh great, Landon's taking-off with the other dogs.  LOL!

I eventually got Landon back to the house where I finally wore one of my Stance Star Wars Socks!

We all drove into town and grabbed a bite at Shelter.

Even Landon was able to join us because we sat on the patio!  :-)

After our meal, we all went for a walk along the beach.

I went for a little run instead.  ;-)
