AFBS Members' Meeting 2015

I didn't mind having today off because it meant I could attend this year's AFBS Members' Meeting!

The fact that it usually takes place inside the Wedgewood Hotel & Spa makes it quite the attraction.  ;-)

They always serve us lunch after the meeting.   As you can see, Susan and Deborah found it delicious!

This Tandoori Cream of Cauliflower Soup was the bomb!  (I had seconds.)  ;-)

Two days in a row with Kelvin.  Haha!

After finishing my errands downtown, I bussed over to Magic Stronghold to do some shopping.  They just got a new shipment of Star Wars X-Wing Miniatures today,

so I came away with a few things!  :-)

AFBS Lunch & Learn

The Wedgewood Hotel, the venue of today's Actra Fraternal Benefit Society General Meeting for its members.

I've always gone by this place, but I've never gone inside...

until now.  The meeting was quite informative and food was good!

This is definitely a classy place.

From one classy place to another, Joe Fortes!  I decided to take advantage of their Happy Hour for lunch.  They seated me at their Oyster Bar where Oyster Bob served me the best Buck a Schucks in the city.  FYI, Bob Skinner just happens to be a world champion oyster shucker!
