Free Yoga Tonight!

Megan asked me to go to One Yoga For the People tonight.  They were celebrating their 2 year anniversary today with a free 90 minute session for anyone to come.  Oh and they had pie too!  The next time I come here though, I bringing a towel.  ;-)

The MOMMIETRON loves a Filet-O-Fish for lunch, so I took her to McDonald's this afternoon. Later in the evening, I went to Yoga for the People. Our teacher, Rachel Martens never fails to make me and the others laugh in class! It's always enjoyable which is this reason why I go back every week. I'd recommend Rachel's class to anyone.

Kelvin in the Afternoon

Here's Kelvin in our failed attempt to get me a free workout at Gold's Gym. They wanted me to pay $12 for a trial, so I said, "Forget it," and took-off to run some errands. LOL! I eventually met-up with Kelvin for lunch at a Joey Restaurant. The Creamy Chicken Alfredo is really good here! While I was eating, RT sent this puzzle from the It's All Fun & Games store to my iPhone. And yes, I solved it after my meal! In the evening, I attended my third class with Rachel Martens at Yoga for the People! Just had to get my stretch on, while looking radiant. LOL!

Yoga for the People

I was back at Yoga for the People tonight! I enjoyed last week's class with Rachel Martens so much, I just had to come back for more! The suggested donation of $10 feels like a bargain to me because she fucken makes me laugh! :-)
