Skategate (Day 6)

We were up in Whistler this morning!  Over the weekend, I (Lucas Talent) got a call from the Stunt Coordinator and he asked me if I'd be interested in a stunt day instead of working as a Background Performer on this production.

My response was pretty obvious.  I (Lucas Talent) was so excited for this shoot, I only slept 3 hours last night!  LOL!

Looks like I have to stay here for three more days of shooting,

so production put me up in a suite...

at the Executive Suites Hotel & Resort in Squamish.

From June to Loki

Due to a rescheduling of work, I got a day-off, so I hung-out with my baby!

June loves sleeping.  :-)

In the evening, I finally got a chance to meet Loki!

He and his parents invited me over to a game of Scythe!

We finally got around to playing it!  It's so much fun!!!  :-)

Loki just modelled as we strategized.  ;-)

Walk, Shop, and Gamble

The non-stop rain finally took a break...

and I was able to walk my growing girl at Tecumseh Park this morning.  :-)

We met-up with Megatron for lunch and shopping and eventually we ended-up at Spade for some coffee.  The woman behind the counter is Kathleen.  She's the Chef and General Manager of this new place.  She's also Zachary's girlfriend!  ;-)

In the evening, I drove-down to see Butter.

She's Glenn and Gina's new puppy!

Of course, we played some poker and I won enough to pay this month's car payment.  Haha!  ;-)

Raining Dogs

I wasn't booked for anything today, so I drove-up to Megan's office at the Rice Lake Gate...

to pick-up my baby!  :-)

The weather was terrible, so it was a great time to hit Honey Doughnuts & Goodies.  ;-)

Ohhh, it's June!  LOL!  Soaking wet, she almost looks like a Vizsla.  ;-)

Angela let us crash at her place this afternoon,

so June paid her with a couple of kisses.

Awww...

Just snoring and drying-off at the same time.

She's wasted.  Haha!

Fully energized now!

We went from one Angela to another all in one day.

June got to see her big buddy, Landon!

One thing that I've noticed is that she teases him!  Landon is too big to even notice.  LOL!  :-)

"Brian (2nd Assistant Director), why did you change around Monday's schedule?" I asked.  Apparently, it's because someone has to be on Ellen next week.  ;-)

What to do now?  I (Lucas Talent) just made $1200 from investing in stocks (ACB & JET) last month.  Now, I need something new to get-in on.  ;-)

Where's June?

The MOMMIETRON and I like taking her to Gordon Park to let her run around.

On the way back, I showed the girls one of my favourite laneway houses in the neighbourhood.

Even the MOMMIETRON was impressed.

After Megan took June, I drove over to Lesley and Tyler's place for some games...

and food!  Louisa likes to hold this get-together every year.  :-)
