Stunt Breakfall Class

A bunch of us went over to Pacific Wave Jiu-Jitsu to take a class in learning how to fall properly.

And just like that, Lori flips-over Chris!  Haha!  These two were great instructors and we all definitely learned a lot!

I highly recommend attending their next sessions.

Stunt Ratchet Safety Seminar

A good turn-out of stunt performers showed-up for this safety seminar held at UBCP today!  A very informative session held by Mitch and it was free!

Meeting & Screening

I went over to UBCP this morning for their first ever Stunt Performer Orientation Course.

Christine would love it here!  Hehe...

Ohhh....  Harnesses!  We learned quite a bit from this course which will be mandatory for new people entering into this field of our industry.

After the meeting, I raced over to the screening of "LifeXP".

Trevor and Cassandra were able to book The Centre for the event!

C & K (Day 2)

We were back at the same location as yesterday, but this time we were blocked by a train, so the rest of us just walked to set.  ;-)

I (Lucas Talent) went from S.W.A.T.

to being a Beverly Hills Cop all in one night!?!  ;-)

Together again with the man responsible for most of my earnings last January, Chris!  I (Lucas Talent) knew he'd be here today, so I made sure to wear my "MECH-X4" Season One Crew Shirt.  The poor guy was a little tired from falling on his knees over twenty times!?!

Madeleine and I were back for more!  She's been a great partner to train with for this whole workshop.  :-)

This time we put in kicks into our choreography!

A lot of familiar faces showed-up to Kirk Caouette's two-day workshop this afternoon.  It was open to anyone that wanted to learn the tricks of the trade of stunt-fighting.

Awww... I (Lucas Talent) miss my June.  At least this is our last day of shooting on this set.

Thanks to Trevor, I (Lucas Talent) finally learned how to play Dominoes!  :-)

Well, well, well... look what I found amongst my laundry!  LOL!  My hotel room had it's own washer and dryer, so when I returned for the second time, I brought my dirty clothes from home.  This thong must have gotten stuck in one of the machines from a previous guest and ended-up in my pile.  Haha!  :-)

We were up in Whistler this morning!  Over the weekend, I (Lucas Talent) got a call from the Stunt Coordinator and he asked me if I'd be interested in a stunt day instead of working as a Background Performer on this production.

My response was pretty obvious.  I (Lucas Talent) was so excited for this shoot, I only slept 3 hours last night!  LOL!

Looks like I have to stay here for three more days of shooting,

so production put me up in a suite...

at the Executive Suites Hotel & Resort in Squamish.
