Thanks to Todd, I booked a gig off of craigslist to work as a presenter at the Vancouver Convention Centre this week! He basically saw an ad and quickly thought of me, so he sent me the link and I answered it.
SIGGRAPH 2011 is being held here for 3 days! All the exhibitors are currently setting-up.
Here I am in between Marlene (presenter) and Dominic (Director of Operations for Organic Motion).
This is the Organic Motion exhibit booth were going to be working out of for the next few days.
Even the company that Derek works for (The Moving Picture Company) has a booth here!
Old Keystoner, Adrianna is the other presenter working with me on this assignment!
We all had to audition for this job last weekend.
We've been hired to demonstrate the motion capturing ability of the new software they've developed.
With Organic Motion new software, there's no need for special outfits with tracking dots anymore! All they need are people that could move. ;-)Big thanks to Todd, once again!!!
