Pop-Up Yoga

Living downtown, eh?  Here's one way to start the day, with a visit to JJ Bean.  ;-)

So, Michelle finally decided to come out to Pop-Up Yoga!  Too bad it's the last one of the year.

LOL!  I think she and Crystal are trying to do Vriksasana.

The weather was great today.

A couple of last minute announcements before our last session begins...

At the end of our practice,

Lululemon Robson Street thanked Franceska for all her work this summer.

They presented her with a special package from their store.

Inside was a pair of panties that invited her to be their ambassador!

LOL! 

Franceska's mom was here to witness it all!

Crystal, Michelle, and I were hungry after all the yoga, so we grabbed some Sushi before heading home.

I was still hungry, so Lila came with me to Fritz for some Poutine!  LOL!
