Gus for the Weekend (Day 2)

Gus loves his bed,

but sometimes he likes to join me on mine.

We were so tired after waiting for the Telus technician to install their stupid internet to our place.  We wasted 6 hours and they still failed in their 4th attempt!  This has been one of the worst dealings I've ever had with a company!  They really don't have their act together and it's a shame because they just waste people's time.

Later in the day, we picked-up Yona for a lap around Deer Lake!

That's a cool place for a wedding reception!

After our walk, we all went for dessert at Cumpari's!

Gus and I spent the rest of our evening at Colin's place after dropping-off Yona.  :-)

Pizza & Dessert

Yes, a day-off and I got to spend it with Tara and Todd!

They took me to San Remo Pizza for the first time.

This is Bill's Mediterranean Pizza which is absolutely delicious!

After dinner, we drove over to Cumpari's Gelato & Caffe for some dessert.

There's just so much to choose from here!

Maybe I'll get some Gelato next time.

Saturday Main Events

After retrieving a bunch of packages from Point Roberts, Fatty and I dropped by IKEA for something to eat.

While shopping, we bumped into Troy and...

saw him again waiting in the line-up!

Of course, I FB'd the fact.  LOL!  ;-)

On the way to Fatty's, we stopped by Granville Island where we spotted this car2go with an electric drive!  It was parked by a charging station and we just had to investigate.  ;-)

Gratitude to Fatty for brunch and the JJ Bean Mocha!!!  :-)

After dropping-off Fatty, I made my way over to Cumpari's Gelato & Caffe...

to pick-up a Chocolate Truffle Cake for Boris.

But look what Hilda made, a Pavlova Cake!  Not bad for a first attempt.  :-)

The Deumas hosted a poker game tonight complete with food,

refreshments, and a UFC match!

It's Mateo!  The little guy didn't want to go to sleep because we were all here.  LOL!

Let the games begin.

I lost $20 tonight.  LOL!  :-(

Our game was put on hold for the GSP/Condit fight.

Damn, look at all this food!

Before going to Marie's party, Todd and I stopped by Cumpari's Gelato & Caffe to pick-up a cake.  We went halfers on this Chocolate Truffle Cake which was a good pick by Todd!
